Bought the 5/$30 promo on body in Victoria secret and when I got home to open the body scrub it had a big hole in the middle bc someone tried it out I guess, super disappointed 😞

I came in for a sale. The person who did my measurements was very friendly. Went to pay (Mind you I was going to spend over $300) the woman in front of me kept walking back and forth I asked should I go to another line so the cashier could keep serving the girl in front of me she says no. Then security comes behind me (Non discreetly). I turn to look at her and turn back around to wait which was another 10 minutes paid and left. I was not offered my free gift and honestly. I will NEVER be back. I was completely racially profiled because when I came in my black sons were not with me by the time I was paying it was a night and day experience. Do better VS.

Went to the store today with my adult daughter. In order to get tge sale on panties you had to buy 10. I had 5 and my daughter had 5 so I took hers and decided to pay for them and she would pay for her other items. The lady that was helping my daughter started to question her about where the panties went. She was very rude. We don't need to steal and have a vs credit card also. She didn't place tissue in the bag which is what happens normally. Just rude and made me not want to go back to this location again. Someone needs to be retrained in customer service.

Girls are great but the ones in charge you know the managers the one with the keys attitude but you must of gotten new Girls cause everyone was nice except the one dressed all black came out of the back I'm assuming with her mean fuchi face lol I want to grab them by the neck and of course I love your merchandise

Went two days in a row, once to buy and once to return; same experience both times. Check in staff along with staff working the floor were helpful. Checkout was so bad; three registers but only two people working despite the manager seeing the long line. He made sure we were properly standing in line then proceeded to hang out while I literally waited 25 minutes to get to the front of the line. Then the cashier tried to hard sell me on perfume and their credit card, no apologies for the delay. Never returning here.
