Every time I go into this VS I get insanely good customer service. The ladies here are so helpful and outgoing. I always have a hard time finding a good fit but last time I was there (I wish I could remember her name) this gal not only sized me correctly, but went and brought me CLEARANCE ITEMS in my size. I spent $15 when normally I have to break the bank to get something that fits. She knew what she was doing and went way above and beyond to help me, while still being there for other customers. She didn't try to oversell things, she just was honest and helped me find a good deal. Everyone else was delightful too. Great staff, manager should be proud.

The girls were attentive when I first walked in. I was offered a great deal on sweatshirts. I received my birthday $10. angel gift card in the mail. After purchasing some awesome clothes I received a $20. PINK cash card. The sales assistant made sure I was well taken care of. All good. Definitely recommend.

I love Victoria's Secret & PINK so much! Almost all of my workout gear and underwear are from here. It's luxury products with a reasonable price. They always have sales going on too. Everything is very high quality. The staff and customer service is so good too. I recommend getting the Angels Credit Card. I have $40 in VS cash with no minimum purchase just for being a PINK Angel member! I am going there tonight and it's really the only reason I go to the Valley View Mall these days. Also their body wash and beauty supplies are great too. Be a bit cautious of the leggings that have that rubbery band around the waist. If you're not careful it can stretch and causes a lot of creasing/micro tears. It's not too big of a deal for me though. I can't find any on their website right now, so they might have been pulled out of stores anyways.

Got 3 super cute bras that i saved almost $100 on! When they have sales & deal days, these are the best times to shop here because you can't go wrong and you save so very much for such quality products! I love the fragrance mists!

We are all larger women up top and smaller on the bottom. We were helped by Abby, she was helpful but not pushy. She was very friendly and easy to ask questions to get the perfect bras. We will definitely return to this store.

Ordered Clothing received item and it was the incorrect item. Called customer service they apologized, for the mistake said the would send me the correct item. Said I had to ship them back the incorrect item which I did. Received INCORRECT clothing a SECOND TIME. Called customer NO SERVICE a second time, and they said to follow the same process again. They offered to send me out a different item in exchange for the incorrect item. Never once did they try to retain my business, for making MULTIPLE MISTAKES. I’m sick of wasting my time, I now will be sending back everything I ordered. To big to fail methodology of customer service doesn’t fly in this day and age. Other company’s such as Amazon have far superior customer service. Good luck Victoria Secret competing into the future.

I only come here when I have a free coupon because the workers are not friendly and don't offer to help or wait on you. I had to go find someone to wait on me, and when I walked up to a group of four or five workers they barely even acknowledged me. Too busy discussing their lives and not paying attention to any customers.

They fitted my wife with the best fitting bra she has ever worn. Well worth the time to get fitted for sure. The staff was friendly and willing to help where they could.
