I’m so in awe of this business and will forever come here! I walked in and they were so friendly from the beginning. Then I wasn’t fully sure what I wanted besides that I wanted French and oval shape. I changed my mind three times before I landed on exactly what I wanted. They were nothing but kind and absolutely amazing. It was truly a vip moment! It had been 6 years since I had a set and these were my favorite set I think I’ve ever gotten and hands down the best experience.

I asked to keep my natural nail length, but wanted them longer (sculpted) and told David I was not sure how exactly to accomplish this and he said it was ok. He started to cut the fake nails I had on, and as I’m looking at designs, he started to use a nail tip to rip off my fake nails!! That is a massive big no no!! It wrecks your natural nail. Well he got to my middle finger and it hurt so bad!!!! He had ripped my natural nail from my skin to the point of blood. Not once did he say sorry, offer anything to clean it or anything. Just asked me to tell him if it started to hurt!!!! When he finished ripping everything off, he CUT MY NAILS!!! I had been growing them out but I guess that didn’t matter to anyone but me. He then put new tips on, and pulled the acrylic powder out. I asked him to not use it, and use anything BUT acrylic because of what it does to my nails. Well guess what he acknowledged but didn’t change up Yep. I shut down completely because the amount of things I asked, he ignored made me realize quickly that whatever I ask or say, it won’t matter. The length was alright but got shorter because he wanted to keep filing and filing to achieve the shape I asked for vs cutting the tips the right shape right away and putting product on top of the pre shaped tip. Anyways, I was gonna go with a plain black because I didn’t want to pay more for something I would probably be unhappy with. But based off their instagram posts, I stupidly didn’t think anything could go wrong, and maybe the design can outweigh everything else. I asked for black base, red chrome, and then a matte base. Well I explained that I didn’t want a top coat between the black and chrome but again I was told I was wrong. So I left it alone because clearly I don’t know what I should be wanting. Needless to say… $80 nails that are going to end up fixed by Bella now because my nails look NOTHING like I asked for. Now I get to spend twice as much because I have to get the acrylic off before even more damage is done. I will not go back in period. Not for a fix, fill, nothing. If I cannot be listened to the first time, there are no second chances. It shouldn’t take a post for someone to be heard by a nail tech.

It’s very jammed together. There was one guy constantly snorting his snot the ENTIRE TIME!!! If you’re sick… stay home!!

I wasn't going to say anything but the more I think about it I'm definitely not happy with the work or experience. Today cost me 125.00$ I picked out the pedi from their leaflet, showed the kid which one I picked so their wasn't any confusion. It was 45$ so therefore the nails in the picture apparently cost me 80$. At the time I was so upset I just wanted to leave, so I paid and left. The guy who did my nails on here, was not friendly at all. He didn't do anything with my cuticles, didn't even clean the grinding dust off of my nails before he glued the acrylic or while out the nail gel on. He didn't clean off the edges after applied so no it's hardened in my skin and cuticle area which is actually a bit painful. It must be irritating the sides and making them sore. There was other things that upset me too, I don't feel I was treated very well, felt like I was more of a burden to them by being there. The owner/ manager was the only one who was kind to me in the whole experience, I should have probably said something but then he wasn't the one who checked me out. I feel honestly a little ripped off and taken advantage of because I don't go and do this kind of thing often. Now I'm either stuck with hurting fingers that don't look all that nice or throw them in acetone and call it an 80$ loss

The best manicure and pedicure I've ever had!! I've been to lots of places and this by far beats them all! Angel gives a arm and hand massage that totally relaxes me and feels so good! Everyone is friendly and treats myself and husband so kindly! My husband loves getting a pedicure now. Thank you VIP nails keep up the good work.

Ann is my go to gal for pedicures! Quick and easy and fun to talk to or just relax when it’s been a hard day. I almost never have to wait long. Salon is clean. Ann always does exactly what I need done but then again I’ve been coming here for about a decade, before the new owners and name even. VIP has continued to be a great salon and I highly recommend. (Especially Ann)

I was in Wasau under duress for a post op appointment. After my appointment I decided to get a mani/pedi. I picked my colors, (Detroit Lions) much to my nail tech's dismay and he gave me a perfect dip manicure (although he did chant Go Pack Go) 🤣🤣 i also got a pedi and it was amazing. This is a great nail salon. The picture i attached is from today, 11/21. I got my manicure on 10/28, 100% would go again if I ever find myself in Wasau again
