Initially, they charged my copay on another patient’s account (seems like a HIPAA violation because I seen the clients whole name and account number)

Next, they pressured me into buying glasses when I expressed that I prefer to purchase glasses elsewhere..

Finally, I get a bill for a test that I was led to believe was covered by my insurance and that I didn’t consent to doing if it was an extra charge. (I expressed to them that I wanted to do only what was covered by insurance)

This facility has dramatically reduced in quality since the company change over.

Dr Kirk and her staff are phenomenal. My family has been seeing her for more than 15 years. She is very professional and explains everything it's entirety. I feel like every time we go there are to many people standing around talking n congregating. While we are just sitting waiting and being ignored. Talk are you see patients not while we are seated n waiting to be seen for 20 plus minutes.

I had a gouge in my cornea. More than a scratch. It caused that eye to be VERY painful and go temporary blind. They immediately numbed it and began treatment. Pain is now gone and I have regained my sight. The entire staff was great. The Doctor takes the time to listen to what has transpired since the last visit. She is absolutely great.

All I needed was a regular old eye exam. They told me they’re booked for three months. My appointment last year was scheduled the same week that I called. Odd. Maybe they didn’t like me.

The woman that works in glasses is snarky and rude. Every time I have been in there she has been so condescending to me.
