They're very unprofessional and I don't think they take their job seriously. They told my husband and I that they would have things done in a timely manner but it's going on two weeks after they told us that they would have a letter of recommendations done. And yet, it still isn't done. I think they need to have their own employees be evaluated to see if they're even capable of doing the job requirements. Very unhappy with the performance from this business.

This is the only place I've gotten therapy where the therapist is professional and actually cares. The people at the front desk are sweet and helpful. I love it here

Incompetent lol why even bother making appts 3 weeks out. Then they never even schedule it. If you're suicidal I wouldn't bother coming here because you won't get any help at all. Lol
