Nikki Safaei @beautyinheaven (Instagram) is a true master of her art with simultaneously being a top-notch colorist. Her balayage and ombré techniques are perfection as she takes time to do it right, without frying your hair. I’ve been told by many previous stylists that because I have fine/shorter hair, that I can’t have balayage. Not a problem for Nikki and now I know that those former stylists just didn’t know what they were doing. You won’t be disappointed as Nikki understands what you want, will deliver, and you’ll strut out of the salon feeling like a million bucks. Oh yea, and she’s a lovely person both inside and out with whom it’s fun to catch up with - and now my daughter gets her hair done by Nikki as well…and it always looks stunning! 🙂

Best part about this salon is hair and skin care under one roof complimented with excellent customer service . The staff is sincere, upfront and very patient with customers . The salon is spotlessly clean . The chairs are new and hi-tech .And the staff uses clean disposable products . I only have good things to say about this business and good to support our local downtown salon. Mali,the hair dresser there is very warm and skilled , entire staff at mani pedi are hardworking to make our skin shine .

Nikki is one of the best colorist / stylists in the BayArea. For the last decades, she has done my color, cuts and highlights. Nikki is a great listener, works quickly, accurately and I always leave the salon feeling fabulous. I should add that the Viola salon is a great open and airy space. located on the charming State Street, in Los Altos, Viola has a good positive vibe and I always look forward to my visits.
