I have to be quite honest. I placed an ordered on January 5th. It’s the 20th. Maybe I am being impatient but I have yet to receive it. I have called two times and left messages on the voicemail with all of my information on how to contact me and no one has called me back. I can’t even review the product because I don’t have it. But I can review the level of Customer Care and I could say that it’s a zero out of 10. If I get a response from this review and I do get my products, then maybe I could give an accurate review on the products themselves. At this time my opinion is pretty low.

We use exclusively the pro line (pink emblem) full spectrum salve. It works GREAT especially for my bad feet, wife uses it for massage, even my parents have enjoyed it and it really does help! I'd recommend going with the largest can, while it is slightly pricey it's well worth it and lasts quite awhile. They shop out and we receive our orders fairly quickly as well.

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the co-founders, Shauna, over the weekend and she was kind enough to being us over and show us the space! The skin care products are beautiful and feel so light on your skin. The team there is so passionate about education, and community and it really comes across when they're talking about all the products & the other small business they support. I haven't gotten a massage there yet, but I will be stopping by next time I'm in Denver - you can't beat 90 minutes for $40 (and helping a student get their hours in). Thank you again for your kindness and love and thank you for being a pioneer in your community - the world needs more places like this!

Color Up not only has some of my favorite skin and life products, but the building itself is gorgeous. I love getting skin services done there, attending yoga classes and browsing all of the art while I wait. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and professional and I appreciate that they even remember me when I stop in - even if it’s been a while. Truly an amazing Colorado company and wellness space.
