Absolutely thrilled with the grooming services at this shop! Sabrina always does an amazing job with my goldendoodle, Zeus. She truly takes her time and puts in the effort, and you can see how much Zeus loves her—he gets so excited every time he sees her!

Updating review after it's been 2 weeks of this. October 18th we took my dog in for a grooming. She was shaved way to short on her tummy and legs and has been in so much discomfort ever since this appointment. Shes been non stop licking and biting this area for 2 weeks now. We have a ver appt scheduled for this weekend now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE FOR GROOMING. Groomer was Shavon

We used their self service dog wash (no appointment needed; first come first serve) and we loved how clean the tub station was! In addition, the store looked very organized and welcoming. Customer service was also friendly. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

# A Five-Star Experience at Wag and Wash Broomfield

I recently took Marty for his first appointment at Wag and Wash Broomfield after switching from Petco due to service concerns. The difference was remarkable from the moment we arrived.

Several staff members welcomed us with genuine smiles and promptly introduced us to our groomer—a wonderfully attentive woman whose name began with "Sh." She took time to meet Marty personally before I left, which immediately put us both at ease.

Just two hours later, I received a thoughtful text notification that Marty would be ready in 10 minutes—perfect timing that allowed me to arrive just as his service was completed. The results were impressive: an excellent haircut, thorough wash, nail trim, and shedding treatment—all at a price $30 lower than what we had been paying at Petco.

What truly sets Wag and Wash apart:

• A warm welcome from engaged staff (versus having to manually open "automatic" doors at Petco before store hours)
• Efficient 2-hour service time (compared to 4+ hours elsewhere)
• Significant cost savings for superior service quality
• Progressive policies, including CBD enhancement options in-store (which once caused service denial at Petco)

We've found our new grooming home and look forward to many return visits to Wag and Wash Broomfield.

Hopefully I can save someone else from having the same horrible experience we did with this place .. My husband and I took our doodle for a self wash and we really liked the place. Since his regular groomer moved away, I decided to give Wag N Wash a try.. BIG MISTAKE..
We arrived there at our scheduled time and the groomer checked my dog’s coat. He was matted a little behind his ears but that was it .. I have simply asked for a shorter cut since it’s already hot outside but I have specifically asked her NOT to shave him .. Goldendoodles should NOT be shaved .. well, you can see what he looked like before the “groom” and what was done to him .. my baby has 6 cuts and clippers burns .. I don’t know if I am more sad or mad .. with that being said, I have called them and left a message but no one bother to call me back .. The groomer was nowhere to be found when I picked him up.. I never got a call from them asking me if it was ok to shave my dog or to tell me he needed a shave which I know he did not ..

Alex and Sarah were CHAMPIONS. I have a large St.Bernard who is a bit skittish around strangers, and they took every single chance to make him feel comfortable. I know they’re around large dogs all the time, and their energy is perfect for a nervous pup

As far as the facilities, they have tons of options for conditioner, shampoo, AND fragrance. You can even bring your own conditioner and shampoo if you want to pay less. I personally love their options, and think it’s worth it paying the $20 for this service
