Its a Super Walmart with all the bells and whistles, sans many English speaking employees so if you know what you're looking for, you're good. But then again, a couple of the English speaking employees I had no idea where things were so, call it a push? I went back there almost everyday 4 about the next 6 days or so and the employee seemed to know where things are so henceforth the reason for the extra star, so I give them 4.

Great for pick up, but, the store has so many displays and products in the main isles; good luck navigating through it with all the insane shoppers. Walmart should keep their products on shelves and leave the isles for traffic. This store is WAY too busy to put displays and products in the isles. The store does stay pretty clean and organized, unlike many other Walmarts that I have been too. Their bakery has the BEST mini powdered and chocolate covered donuts that money can buy; trust me, I know my donuts! 😁

You know that self-checkout area there's a people that really did try to help me but I was trying to use the Walmart pay someone did eventually help me figure it out but one of the ladies was just damn rude first of all she act like it was beneath her to deal with me any longer but the rest of the employees they did their best. But I will say that the lady that did help me had her ass on her shoulders and was very short with me. It's real crazy how that Spirit of entitlement runs deep

Upper management can be incredibly frustrating—they often fail to fully understand customer inquiries, struggle with listening, or are quick to deflect issues by directing customers to the 1-800 customer service line. And don’t even get me started on that.

Meanwhile, the kind lady at the return desk is left to handle a line of customers out the door with no support. To make matters worse, she has to use her personal phone to call the 1-800 number on behalf of customers because Wallyworld is too cheap to provide a landline for the returns office. That’s just not right.

I am very upset with this Walmart. They treat homeless people terribly. They step in front of you as you walk in the door and instruct you to leave your things in a locker. Which would not bother me at all but no one else is using the lockers they are completely empty. After that they have told me I'm not allowed in the store. But fail to tell me a reason for being asked to leave in front of everyone in the store. I left the store crying I was so embarrassed. I do not think they handled the situation correctly at all. I do not think they value my business at all. I have spent a lot of money in this store until now. They will not let me enter the store.

THEY CALL THEMSELVES SUPERSTORE STORE BUT THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF LOOKS UNDERSTAFFED ALL THE TIME ,AND THEY ONLY HAVE 4 MOBILITY DEVICES FOR THE DISABLED, THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX SUCH ISSUES AND GET MORE STAFF AND IF THE STAFF LEAVES WORK OFTEN, THEN THE COPERATE NEEDS TO CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT THE MANAGEMENT IS THE ISSUES IN THIS MANTECA BRANCH.AND AS I STATED YOU GUYS NEED TO PROVIDE MORE MOBILITY DEVICES FOR THE DISABLED COMING TO SHOP IN YOUR STORE .

I can say it wasn't a real pleasure going to this Walmart. Never have I been to or heard of a Walmart that doesn't let you by deodorant after 930.when I asked for where I could find thr deodorant,i was told i couldn't put on because the cosmetics section was closed. Next time I think I'll just go All the way to Tracy.

This is the worst place by far. Don’t ever think you are going to get fair service or treatment as an employee. Bc I was Aware of my symptoms and being sick I called out on Sunday and they went ahead with firing me today. This place does not value you as a customer or associate. Would never recommend Walmart to anyone.oh yeah and although their prices are below normal places it is bc they get the products much cheaper than you can imagine.
