Me and my wife first time at a spa for her bday. The ladies are very nice. We were put to sleep twice it was so relaxing. Definitely would go back. Those ladies deserve extra tips they putting in that work! Especially the old ladies got some strong hands i enjoyed it.

I like this place, however be careful. We paid for deep tissue, but the therapist seemed to not know that. I had to keep asking her to apply more pressure. Also, we added on several things, like aromatherapy, some salts, and hot stones, but only one person in the group was given aromatherapy although we all paid. And i never saw them use any special salts..so that was a rip off. When it was time to pay the tip(we prepaid for the massage) the the lady at the front desk tried to pressure me to give the tip for 6 people although we were 3 in the party. When I chose the suggested tip on the menu, her demeanor changed and she seemed very annoyed. If you come to this establishment you will enjoy yourself, just make sure you are not being cheated and only tip based on your experience not on pressure. Oh, by the way, you may feel rushed. They have to make as much money as possible in as little time as possible. Also on the facial, she didn't even take off all the makeup on my face...I left with eye liner[ that's all I wore on my face ]. So that's weird too. What i did like was the girls do have skills, it's clean, and they will be friendly as long as you give them the tip they want. Maybe I should give 2 stars instead now that I'm thinking about it...

I liked the place and the body massage, but i didn't like it when they forced me to give tips on my way out! I wasn't informed that i have to give tips, and the tips are already priced too, so you can't give whatever you want. The front desk lady is kida rude and ruined my experience.

I tried many massage places in the area, and this is by far the best. This is the only place I come back to time and time again. They have the best masseuses that use real pressure to knead out the knots and tension. Of course if you want a nice relaxing massage, this is probably not the best place. Their facials are also decent. The prices are competitive as well so can't complain. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was great. I love the sauna spa/body scrub/massage/facial. Only thing is that I wasn't explained too well with the agenda order of things, so I waited for the person to alert me on the next steps. You lose sense of time with the feeling of relaxation and free from tech. I would love to book another appointment for another session.

Have gone a number of times before, nice rooms and decent tubs. Was great for "I got an hour free, tub sounds great". But they've jumped their prices and made it pretty much the most expensive tub place in the bay area

Highly disorganized establishment centered entirely around squeezing every client for maximum tips, rather than the customers' well being or providing the advertised service. We started with a wonderful hot tub and then were moved to a cold room where the masseuse' hands, oil, scrub were cold, technique was rushed and abrasive and the shower had only like-warm water, we caught cold. Hot stones and essential oil was paid for, but we didn't receive it, because the masseuses didn't understand the front desk lady, said she didn't tell them. The front desk made a mistake and forced the masseuses to work after closing time, 9 pm, then aggressively pushed us for large tips on not professionally performed services, which didn't deserve even the fees we paid upfront. Based on their reaction to receive their tips, I'm guessing the masseuses depend entirely on tips and are not paid portion of the services fees. This place should be investigated, not stimulated.

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday for the first time for his birthday. We honestly had a great experience here. We booked a couples 30 min hot tub and 1 hour massage with the add ons. The place was very clean and friendly. They gave us water after our massage with some cookies and 2 face mask as complimentary on our way out. We will certainly book our next massage here again.
