This is my favorite local nursery. We love the events they do the first Saturday of every month with the free plants. We have learned so much about gardening from taking these plants home. Everyone is so kind and helpful at Waterwise. The prices are great and all of our plants/succulents we have purchased her have done well at home.

Best Nursery in Bonsall! They always give away large succulents at the first Saturday of the month. Today, we chose a large cactus. They also have tacos, street fair vendors, and cotton candy on the special succulent days.

They have a huge variety of plants, specially succulents❤️. You can walk aroud a big land with rows of well kept plants. The owners and workers take good care of all the plants. I bought plenty at a great price!

I purchased a penstemon grown by this nursery at Summerwinds in Scottsdale. The plant was in a container which was grossly oversized; it filled about 2/3 of the container. When I removed it for planting, 1/3 of the soil remained in the container with zero roots. In other words, the plant was sold in an oversized container in order to charge more. Some call that fraud. Moreover, the soil remaining in the pot contained three grubs. How many in the root ball I could not know.

Shoddy, deceptive practices. I am informing Summerwinds. Photos attached.

cactus' heaven. you can find many cactus and pots here. they also give away free cactus too, one pot for each person. quite hot there, temperature 40C+

The place is great. It is free to get in. Parking is just in the dirt, but it’s fitting for the area. Waterwise had tons of succulents. They were all beautiful. They had many different selections to choose from. They were all very beautiful 🤩. It was fun exploring the different and unique displays. It was super hot though. So be warned, bring a hat and some water. The prices were a little bit on the higher end. But they do have something for everybody and their price range. If you are in to plants, you will love this place. Worth the drive.

If you love plants you have to check this place out!!. It’s gorgeous in the spring with everything blooming and stays pretty all summer. It’s all outside so wear sunscreen and it gets pretty warm there in the summer. The place is BIG and has plants of all kinds, succulents, cactus , roses, drought tolerant...There are places to sit and take a picture, a gazebo and a pond with fish. They even have picnic tables, I’ve packed a picnic lunch before. They use to have events there like make your own succulent basket etc. they may have more planned in the future. They have carts for you to pull around and pick your plants, it’s easy to spend and hour there walking around there is so much. Staff is very helpful and they have competitive prices.
