The practitioner and owner was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was exceptional. She kindly gave me a tour of the facility and even let me hold their adorable puppy, Zen, which added a delightful touch to the experience.

By the end of my visit, I felt a profound alignment of mind, body, and spirit. I highly recommend this wellness center to anyone seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their holistic health journey.

I have not visited the shop. I stopped by their booth at a Long Beach event for a psychic healing arts fair. I was interested in purchasing an item and talking to one of the ladies seemed very nice. The mother Ruby just ambushed me and started to tell me that I need cords to be cut and to sit down and she would talk with me and help me cut the cords. She had me go sit down behind their booth and handed me some affirmations to read and never sat down to explain anything to me, she just came over and said ok did you read them? Then tried charging me $100.00 for me reading affirmations. Then she said I’m going to give you things to help you and took me back to the products and handed me a candle, soap, and a spray. She gave me the impression that this was what I was paying for then added this on top of the cord cutting price, I mean affirmations that I read. She then started to bad mouth my sisters and I felt like I got scammed. When someone says I’m going to cut cords for you and gives you affirmations to read and does nothing for the cord cutting, I was scammed. I had a negative feeling all day so much so that I did not bring the items into my home. The items that I was told was included In The price and they charged my credit card for over $135.00 dollars. Truly this was a scam and really worked it to put fear into you. I should have known better and walked away. She repeatedly said the same thing to other people when I walked by at a later time. When leaving she started to get loud and telling me that my sisters were not believers and that something would happen if they didn’t believe what she was saying. People like this is not respectful of the spirit world but scamming people into believing that something horrible will happen to you. Whoever owns this business I wish you well, I believe that things happen for a reason I got scammed and you got a bad review. I never write reviews, the fact that I had a nightmare of Ruby the same day I encountered her is not light but very dark. I really do hope that you can rectify this moving forward. While at this event I found a friend that was working the event and told her what happened, she immediately cleansed me and said that she had noticed something’s were not ok and pointed at Ruby. I did not tell her what booth it was.

The atmosphere of this place was great , and the products they offer are also great. The community classes are also a great idea. The two sisters exhibited remarkable spiritual talents, pinpointing my physical pain and even removing an energetic cord during one of my interactions with her years ago, which made me really excited to visit this place.

However, my interaction with their mom left me with mixed feelings and she raised my high alerts for being a scammer. While I appreciated the invitation to the consultation room, the lack of clarity on the $200 charge was disappointing. Unfortunately, her insights didn't align with my life at all. I got nothing of value in her “consultation” and her attempts to identify “attached spirits” were so wrong.
The mention of my cousin being one of those attached spirits and trying to scare us into thinking my cousin wanted to take people with her to the after life, only AFTER I had mentioned her passing was super disrespectful!!!!!
I also didn’t like her asking about our nationality and if we had crossed illegally into the U.S.
Additionally, her comments on La Santa Muerte made even more doubtful on her understanding on spirituality And psychic abilities, a person who has has truly worked on their gifts understands how crucial shadow work is and that being afraid of Death is being afraid of your shadows and of your own darkness. Death is a cycle of life . It is a crucial part of it at that !!! We are simply spiritual beings having a temporary human experience.
Overall, while the sisters impressed me, the encounter with their mom left me feeling put off from ever going back.

Me and my friend stopped in to look for a specific tea but ended up haveing a spiritual transformation. Melody and her sister are wonderful people with lots of wisdom and experience to help you find what you’re looking for, whether that be an herbal remedy, a specific crystal, or answers from universe itself.

Great place with a really atmosphere. I was a bit nervous going there at first, but as I walked into the shop, I felt welcomed by the staff there. Liza is very friendly and offered to help. I was able to get the tea that I wanted. So far, Sacred Roots sells the tea that I couldn't really find at other places. They also have a small tea study area. I was able to try the teas before buying it in bulk. I recommend cacao rose tea! It was an interesting combination! I recommend this place!

I used to visit them when they were in a smaller space! It makes me so happy to know that they have expanded their resources and services. Their tea and beauty products have helped me unwind and relax. I highly recommend trying out a cup or 2 once they open their tea corner & study space!

I guarantee it is a very safe space for anyone who needs it & they speak Spanish! If you want to look for some peace or healing look for further.
