5 star experience at Wellspring Holistic Massage. I was fortunate to be treated by Joshua, he was fantastic! The entire experience was excellent. From the start, he took the time to introduce himself and asked if there was anything specific I wanted to focus on during the appointment. Throughout the session, he clearly explained what we were working on and regularly checked in to ensure no techniques were causing discomfort. He was personable, professional, and committed to making sure each movement served its intended purpose. By the end of the appointment, my left shoulder (my main area of concern) had gained an impressive 30 degrees of additional rotation. Before wrapping up, he demonstrated self-care techniques and daily stretches to support my continued progress. At the end of the session, he even took the time to ask for my feedback. Thank you, Joshua for a great visit!

Joshua is very gifted in myofascial release. This is not a gentle feel good massage although he can do that. He talks with you about areas of concern and is able to really address those areas in a therapeutic way. I had incredible results with hip and back pain after breaking my foot and spending 3 months on crutches.

WellSpring Holistic is a great place to go to get a massage. The staff is friendly, and really listens to the needs of their clients. I always feel like I get so much more than a massage when I visit. I encourage anyone to try this lovely place if they would like a mind and body reset. You won't be disappointed.

So far I have seen 2 of the Massage therapists and both are very professional, seasoned therapists who know what they are doing. Both made me feel comfortable, communicated well, and provided excellent services. I have to leave extra kudos for Josh O. If you are looking for Myofascial Massage or Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation he is very well trained in these practices.

Daina is the best massage therapist Ihubby & I have ever had. Her technique is very relaxing and thorogh and she works out all of the kinks. She is very attentive, kind and professional. She's excellent!
