I needed a knee scooter last minute on my trip to Yellow Stone. This place had them in stock, but once they learned I was going to Yellow Stone, they went out of their way to pull a newly received off road version, assembled it while I waited to make sure I had the knee scooter needed for my trip. Excellent customer service.

Not a honest company:
1. Website price for wheelchair is $75 per week and about $20 each additional days but when I called, the lady answered the call would not honor their own website pricing and insisted that it was $100 per week and $30 per additional day.
2. My insurance agent suggested me to ask about Medicare discount available or not. I called again and the guy who answered gave me an attitude and told me "No discount and it is only $100, we don't have to go through with this."
3. When we arrived, the contract says $100 per week and $35 a day (not $30 like the lady said).
4.We rent for 8 days just in case knowing we might end up return it one day early on a Fri rather on Sat which they are not open and another review said they had problem returning on Sat so I specifically ask about the return policy. The lady told me it is fine to return early and they would only charge based on the days we kept the wheelchair. However, when I returned it early, the guy used prorate to calculate the last day so we only got a bit over $14 refunded which originally cost us $ 35 for the 8th day.

Be careful about their pricing and refund policy if you are like us not able to find another place to rent a wheelchair.

I could not be happier. Tucker and Gabrielle were perfect.
They were very knowledgeable and professional. And patient! I had dozens of questions while deciding on which electric scooter to purchase. Being able to make this purchase locally and avoiding the trek/treks to Idaho Falls was wonderful.

These guys were great! They had the scooter waiting for us at the hotel fully charged when we arrived and were very reasonably priced, especially for a resort town. The scooter appeared to be new and was in great working order. Would use them again!

We were vacationing in Jackson, Wyoming and needed the use of a wheelchair. We contacted this company and arranged to rent one for a week.
We we’re picking it up after hours so they gave us a code to use. The wheelchair wasn’t there and they were not answering voicemails. A girl said unfortunately the wheelchair was put back and the paperwork was put into the picked up file. Admitting it was their fault. We didn’t have use of the chair for the first 2 days of our trip.
When we were returning the wheelchair after a week on a Friday afternoon at 3:00 they were closed and again did not answer voicemails.
We were flying out on Sat. morning so we’re confused as to what to do about the chair. A very unreliable company.
Luckily after explaining our dilemma to our hotel they said they would keep the chair in the office until the company could pick it up. They said it wasn’t the first time they had done this. This company was not very reliable about communicating with customers.
We are home now and finally reached someone in the office to see if they had picked it up yet. They weren’t aware of the situation and tried to charge us for having to pick it up. Very inconsiderate person. Acted like we were bothering him because HE WAS VERY BUSY.
I’d rent from someone else or take your chances with this one.

Great experience renting a wheelchair, and bought a can of oxygen too after explaining symptoms my 82 year old
Mom was having since arrival in JH. Not used to higher elevation, and these were just what she needed for getting around comfortably. Thankful for professional, kind service. And reasonable price for a weekly rental.

As a healthcare professional, Western Medical was very difficult to work with. They lacked efficiency and experience in sleep DME. However, they were very kind and did answer the phone the majority of the times I called. I would advise pts and healthcare professionals to avoid using western medical as of now.
