I've been there so far 2 times now and will soon have my third appointment with Dina. I have horrible nots from head to toe especially in my back and my hip as well as my legs. They're very painful and sometimes make it hard to breathe. However each time I've went to Dina to get massage therapy I have left feeling very refreshed and much lighter than usual. She has a way which Always amazes me of finding what seems to be every knot in the body and getting them out so well. She communicates, while also helping to make a comfortable visit, massage and has even offered to listen if I need to talk. Dina's a very amazing woman and she's working very hard at what she does. She knows what she's doing and it shows not only through the way she talks but once you leave her office you feel so much greater than you may have in Years before going in. The room is inviting and makes it easy to fall asleep because it feels so cozy. I am thankful I have found Dina and decided to go to her for her massage therapy.

I've been to many doctors, massage therapists, physical therapists over the years and she is the first one to offer substantial relief. I have scoliosis and stenosis as well as arthritis and at times my back can get very sore. She really worked my glutes and got them loose. Thank you, Nadina. I will be back when I have the money.....hopefully in a few weeks. Need one more before our camping trip at the end of next month.

I highly recommend Dina at White Sage LLC. She takes the time to notice the spots where you are hurting the most and helps to relax and relieve some tension! Her office is so relaxing and charming. By far my favorite place to get a massage 👍
