Worry Stones, Crystal points, Candles, I feel like they have something for everyone. It was a wonderful first visit. The store was wonderfully arranged, nice to walk into, I left feeling very happy with my purchase. The employee that helped me was super sweet and able to answer my questions ridiculously fast. And let me shop at my own pace. Highly recommend if you feel like hand picking a gift for a loved one. They even have the option to craft your own crystal bracelet. Or if you prefer they'll craft you a necklace or ring themselves. I also love the large selection of incense and candles. I had a great time overall, check the place out! Its also right next to a lovely couple of local cafes and eateries.

This store was so cute and had the most variety of beautiful healing stones I have ever seen. I went in this morning for the first time looking for sage and it the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. This is the only place you should consider getting crystals from. I made these two bracelets with the assortment of beads and help from two of the girls. Very nice and good prices. I even was gifted a few incenses before leaving .

White Willow is a pure gem tucked away in downtown Tracy. There is magic inside this store and the wonderful people who work there. I source crystals, books, cards, herbs and lessons from this mystical shop. I can’t wait to see what they do next!

I really like shopping here when I get the chance. This shop has tons of cute stuff, I really like the mug and dresses I got from there a while back. The owner and her employees are always very nice and helpful. The store has a front and back entrance that both can be accessed by a wheelchair user.

White Willow Wellness Center is a sanctuary of peace in a world gone wild. Their selection of magickal tools and accoutrement is handpicked and makes for wonderful gifts or additions to anyone’s collection who wants to become more intentional with how they direct their energy.
I encourage anyone to patronize this establishment, if for no other reason than a lightening shopping experience with great music and greater vibes. Nothing but success to the family at White Willow. Bless!

I have been going to white willow for years now. There is really no other Crystal shop like it. From the very first moment I walked in to this store I felt very welcomed and cared for. Everyone was so nice and really helpful in answering any questions I had. Being an empath, I am very sensitive to different environments and this stores energy is so peaceful. You’re able to just browse freely with no care that someone might judge you. I love that they cleanse the store often and constantly shift things around to keep things fresh on top of all the new goodies they get every so often. They offer so many great services too. I’ve been going to reiki sessions with Jaime (the store owner) since I started and she has been so helpful in my journey. I had the most craziest experiences in the sessions but each time I come out feeling more free from all stress and more like myself once again. She has gotten me through some of the most difficult moments in my life and has helped me with so many of my fears. She so supportive and I could never be more grateful for her and this store. So thank you Jaime for creating such a safe space and a wonderful resource for all of us to have. You guys are the best. There’s no other store like this one .

This is a long but overdue review. I have been shopping at White Willow for about two years now and each visit to the shop is such a wonderful experience. I absolutely adore how our tiny community is made up of so many small businesses and I've wondered how it is that such specialty stores can stay afloat during our current economic climate. Stepping into White Willow and receiving the stellar customer service they provide says it all. My very first visit was on a busy Saturday afternoon. The moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of joy and positivity. I went in with my husband "just to browse." I was enthralled by all the beautiful crystals, jewelry, books, bundles of sage, decorative pieces, etc. I felt like a kid in a candy shop and I had SO many questions. I am from So Cal and we have botanicas and crystal stores galore, and none of them compare to this shop. The attention to detail; from making sure all the crystals and stones are labeled with their name and their meaning, to the level of personal attention that you receive from the staff, is absolutely incredible. Despite the foot traffic on this particular day, I always found someone available to answer our questions and even took the time to talk to us on a more personal level. I didn't feel like I was just a customer making a purchase - I felt like I was suddenly welcomed into a family of sorts. This alone made me want to return. Fast forward to the present; I have since returned to the shop on a regular basis, and have also used many of the other services they offer including a reiki session, tarot readings, and as of today - an Aura Photo. The accuracy and details provided during all sessions are mind blowing. I was so excited to see that they recently started to offer herbal teas and walk-in services (which is how I ended up asking for an Aura Photo session on a whim today). Jamie - the owner, is the real deal. She floats around the store with her positive energy and her energy is highly contagious and uplifting. I've introduced friends to White Willow, both local and from out of town, and they all have agreed that this is a feel-good place with the most positive and happy vibe. Jamie customized a ring for me, created customized essential oils for me and for my friends, and is just overall an amazing vibe. It's worth noting that this shop also offers dream catchers, singing bowls, candles, incense, books, tarot decks, spices, clothing, and even a tarot trade shelf. Do yourself a favor and stop by, even if it's just out of curiosity. Just stop by!

The staff is delightful and respectful of your personal space as you visit this gem. I had to enter & leave & repeat again three times before I could approach anyone, it is how I integrate. The shop, its owner and sweet staff are humble yet brightly shining beacons of light nestled on a modest corner in the middle of charming downtown Tracy!!
Now for details... this little shop of heaven offers you lifetimes of knowledge.
WHITE WILLOW WELLNESS is the effervescent pearl inside a humble clam. The Reiki healings have become a gateway to release, rejuvenate & heal! If you look in Tracy's night sky & witness a lighthouse beacon, it is this little shop!
