Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. I was very comfortable and felt different levels of relaxation throughout my hour session. No claustrophobia and my ears were fine. In the three days following my session, I have noticed significantly less joint pain in my hands and knees, as well as lower blood sugar numbers. I will definitely make this a part of my wellness regimen. Five stars!!
