William’s is a fantastic local spot with a wide variety of natural products at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly—they always have great recommendations! I love that they offer herbs, spices, honey, nut butters, and many other specialty items in bulk. I also love their tea selection. There’s something here for everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been coming here for a long time now (30 years plus) and still come here when I'm in town a few times a year. Great products all around. My favorite is the herbs and spices. They have everything from organic lavender to every herb and spice known. Their organic tea section is great too. Essential oils, natural beauty products they have it all if you're trying to go natural. Friendly staff and service. I will always come back even if I live 800 miles away because I've never found a store like this one. Thanks Williams crew, see you in a few months!

Hands down the best natural food store in Richmond and in the Bay Area period. The staff is magnificent super helpful and always willing to listen to your needs. Look for Maria who is very knowledgeable with natural medicines. Can't say enough about this place which I visit at least twice a month. Health is wealth and Williams natural food store is the place to make that goal in life to healthy.

Love shopping here! This store houses all my favorite natural brands and products. Also have an opportunity to shop locally. They recently had locally made sea moss that was amazing. Truly the best I ever had in terms of taste and texture which is rare for sea moss. I finished a months supply in 3 days haha

The staff is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. You really get a great sense of community. The prices are also great in comparison to retail stores.

This store also recently changed management and it shows. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Especially if you haven’t visited within the past year.
