I recently had the most amazing experience at Woodhouse Spa, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the ladies at the front desk, who provided excellent customer service. They made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in on me throughout my visit to ensure everything was perfect.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Farrah, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. She took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on all my problem areas with incredible skill. With 20 years of experience, she knew exactly what she was doing—she worked out all my knots, and I’ve been feeling amazing ever since!

I also got to try the red light therapy sauna, which was such a cool experience and added to my overall relaxation. After my services, I was able to unwind in their beautiful waiting area, complete with plush couches and a cozy fireplace that created the perfect ambiance. Plus, the complimentary robe and mimosa were such a nice touch!

Everything about my visit was top-notch, and I truly felt pampered from start to finish. If you’re looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience, Woodhouse Spa is the place to go!

My friend and I went here for facials, and they were fantastic! The staff was friendly and very attentive. They offered refreshments and checked in with us before and after each of our services to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Alicia, our esthetician, was fabulous. She gave an amazing service and created a very comfortable atmosphere. Alicia is extremely knowledgeable and gave me the science behind how each product works, all the while being extremely kind and charismatic. Thank you for having us!

I had the most incredible time at Woodhouse Spa from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I received a hot stone massage with Lola that was the best massage experience of my life. I can’t not do hot stone massages moving forward. The Himalayan salt stones felt exfoliating and melted all tension away. It was clear Lola was a very experienced masseuse. I was so relaxed and felt so good for the entire massage and didn’t want to leave! Highly highly recommend and will certainly come back. The music, the lighting, the drinks, the ambience, everything was phenomenal.

We went to the Woodhouse spa for the first time on 3/21/25 and had a wonderful experience.

The welcome staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Hanna when we had to reschedule our first appointment.

The facilities are clean and modern. The standard spa shoes run a little small, so you may want to ask for a size or two larger. There are extra shoes in the changing rooms.

We had a couple's massage with Cody and Lorraine. Both were excellent, asking for and responding to our feedback. The only recommendation is to place our robes over our tables at the end so we can easily access them once treatment is complete.

An extremely minor suggestion. Recommended!

Last weekend I visited Woodhouse Spa for the first time. Booking online was easy, the staff was friendly, and the relaxation room was very cozy. They offered water, tea, or a mimosa! I had a deep tissue massage with Farrah, and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a spa. She checked in with me about pressure, shared her 20 years of experience, and explained thoroughly how her massage was helping with some pain in my neck. She was very informative, and I appreciated her expertise.

I felt well taken care of before, during and after my session. Such welcoming staff at the front and in the back. I had a Body Balance massage with Juli and she was very sweet, kind and helpful. She made my first massage experience absolutely wonderful!! Then I saw Edie for a HydraFacial classic, and she was also super sweet, gentle and very knowledgeable about skin. She helped me with any questions or concerns I had, and she was great with open communication during the session. They both made my first spa day experience overall, perfect. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended ♥️

I did a full body stone message and had a facial done. Both were very relaxing! Upon arrival they take you to the locker room and give you a robe and slippers to dress into. They then asked me if I would like something to drink and gave me the options of a mimosa, wine, tea or water. After I got done in the locker room I went into their quiet room to find a cute name tag with my beverage next to it. In there they have aromatherapy going and relaxing music. The facial had to be my favorite part as it includes a shoulder massage and a scalp massage. A very relaxing experience.

The atmosphere is beautiful and the hostess was friendly but that’s where my positive experience ends. I have been to many spas all over the western United States and I used to work in the spa industry so I have pretty high expectations.

My massage at Woodhouse was my worst massage experience I’ve ever had. First off, The masseuse did not ask me what pressure I preferred so I had to constantly remind her. Secondly, the lights were barely turned down and the volume of the music was pretty loud for a spa. The towels the masseuse used were cold. After my massage, the masseuse did not wait for me outside my room when I finished dressing. This is pretty standard at every other spa I’ve been to. I’ve never had to stumble out into a dark hallway, alone, trying to find the locker room.

I should’ve own that something was off about Woodhouse from the beginning when my appointment was changed after making it through their website. I got a text from an unknown number about changing my appointment from 6:00 to 6:30. Thirty minutes is a not a big deal but no explanation was given. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s just going to get changed?
