Vesna is professional, explained every step of what she did during the facial. Also checked in with me when transitioning to see if I needed anything throughout the appointment. I felt like she used quality products with no harsh chemicals. Additionally, she gave me instructions on how to maintain good facial routine. She is pleasant and very thorough. I absolutely *loved* my experience with Vesna. Her prices are wildly affordable and come with the best quality I have received! I had PDO threading and Botox done. Vesna explained the PDO procedure prior to beginning and throughout the administration of the threads. She applied a topical anesthetic, followed my xylocaine (with absolutely minimal pain from the anesthetic). After the anesthetic set in, the only discomfort I felt was a little pulling and tugging - which she warned me about and just felt weird, not pained. I will absolutely be going back for all my aesthetic needs!
