Sadly....hostile, rude staff who only wait on certain demographics...the details are not important. You you might consider qr Codes in your stores to capture net promoter scores for purchases as well as browsers.We witnessed 4 people leave your store who not one staff offered to help. We purchased despite your "sales" staff...you really need to find a way to weed out the bad apples.Its costing you.

Went there to a buy a candle as a birthday present and was confronted by Preston. Not only was he rude but extremely racist. I asked for help on a specific scent (watermelon) and Preston brings up an old racist stereotype. I was so offended, so I said something about it, to only be kicked out the store. Do not go to this store at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great deals and fantastic prices. Staff was SUPER helpful and made sure I got the best deals and found everything on my gift list. Nana loved the candles and my wife was in love with the sent bubbles and now our house smells so fresh!! Absolutely will be back to this location for more tours and demos.

I was in the store to buy a candle that reminds me of my grandpa when i saw the balding manager (i think his name was Preston) assault 2 kids. He was yelling at them and they left the store and then the manager followed them outside and pushed them. I’m pretty sure one of them was deaf. I won’t buy anything from this store as long as this manager is employed there because a business that tolerates this doesn’t deserve any support. What kind of grown man assaults disabled people in a candle store?

if i could give 0 stars i would. Idk who interviews these kids before hiring them but he was incredibly rude and disrespectful i won’t be back and i’ll make sure my friends won’t be either.
