Was excited for this place but the drinks were ridiculously over priced. The Cuban entrees were pretty good. The Cuban sandwich was definitely not a Cuban sandwich. Spent $120 for two adults and a child for lunch, crazy. Glad we gave it a shot not coming back.

Very Good First Experience
Stopped in for an early dinner and was very happy with the service and food. Cuban sandwich was large and tasty- lots of bread but still delicious.
The three meat sampler was excellent and the Bacon grilled cabbage was superb as a side. Our server was prompt and friendly and the prices were extremely reasonable - we will be back.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Had some deviled crabs (homemade), Spanish bean soup and black beans and yellow rice. All delish!

I really liked their pressed Cuban sandwich! I'm a salad person & I came specifically to get their Ybor salad w/the creamy dressing. The garbanzo bean soup is great made w/sausage & potatoes. It's a bit hot spicy but I like it! The olive butter (which I've never tried before today) was Great!! You probably need to like green olives though which I do. The staff was very welcoming & service was outstanding! They've had some hurricane damage to their sign outside but Google maps was spot on with directions there. I will go back over & over again! I do recommend!

Driving south on Route 41 in Ruskin, we stopped for lunch at the charming and delicious Ybor Grille. A great find! The Deviled Crab was a delicious highlight of my lunch. My wife had the special of the day, Valencia Seafood, which was a mildly-spicy red sauce and rice dish loaded with pieces of grouper, scallops and shrimp. A very nice dish. Our server was a delightful woman who advised us about the food choices and shared information about the restaurant history and decor. There is a large wall installation piece of arranged cigar boxes, and a beautiful table lamp made of cigar boxes. We enjoyed everything about the Ybor Grille including the food, of course, the decor and the lovely atmospheric music that was playing over lunch time. Highly recommended!

I love eating here. Great service, amazing food. I always get a devil crab, potato ball, and a sangarita. They have a lovely screen porch to enjoy eating outside minus the bugs. ADA friendly although the women’s toilet is a little low.

If you haven’t been to Ybor Grille in Ruskin yet, you’re missing out on one of the area’s most satisfying hidden treasures. It’s the kind of spot that doesn’t need to shout—just one bite and you’ll know you’ve found something special.

Their pork is the star of the show - tender, juicy, and full of flavor that tastes like it’s been marinating in tradition. Whether you get it in a plate or a sandwich, it hits every time. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked.

Now let’s talk about the deviled crab. Hands down, one of the best I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside, rich and savory on the inside, with just the right touch of spice. It’s the kind of dish you think about long after the plate is empty.

Everything on the menu feels like it’s made with heart. It’s comforting, nostalgic, and flavorful in all the right ways. The service is always warm, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming - just how a neighborhood favorite should be.

If you love Cuban comfort food, this place will quickly become your go-to. I’ll absolutely be back for more pork and deviled crab. Might even bring backup next time so I can try the rest of the menu.

My niece recommended this place & we are glad we tried it! Friendly staff, varied menus choices, large portions & good prices. My husband had the grouper meal and the portion of fish as well as the sides were more than generous. I had the Palamillo steak sandwich with homemade chips. We shared the small Ybor salad & choc sheet cake (which was more like a brownie). Took home plenty of leftovers for another day. Will eat here again.
