This place was phenomenal once! Now the owner's excuse for not having a product is "company went out of business" like they were the ONLY company you could get the product from in the first place! The last 3 times I went in there I was told the same excuse EVERY SINGLE TIME! At this rate he's going to have to shut his doors soon bc there won't be a single company left standing that he can get inventory from! Well since I don't have "gullible idiot" stamped on my brow I will go to somewhere else who's not too lazy to want my money!!

Store selection is phenomenal BUT the lady at check who wears the Burgundy Bob wig is VERY RUDE & NASTY and always in a RUSH ! I witnessed a customer needing help and couldn’t find a item she rudely said while walking towards the customer “I bet it’s right there in front of her face” then as i approached the counter with my items asking her do she know the best seller she rudely said “idk i don’t wear them” instead getting me some help. Her customer service overall is TERRIBLE and she shouldn’t be working in a hair store if she’s not familiar with the products or top selling brands.

I am so impressed with this place! I have no complaints at all but plenty of praises! The employees were second to none starting with the phone call I made before driving there to make sure they carried replacement tape for tape in extensions. The lady who answered the phone wasn't 100% sure so she actually contacted the owner while I was on the phone instead of winging it like so many other establishment's employees tend to do? When I got there I was greeted immediately by Moe, another fantastic employee and assisted me right away. Then Crystal came in from her break and joined! This place really hired the right people for the job because they were knowledgeable, patient and wonderful personalities to boot which has become rare this day and age! The store itself had no shortage of merchandise either and no matter your ethnicity, they had products for each! Everything from lashes to hair tools, to human hair extensions both tapein and clip on, even clothing and hats and jewelry. I could have easily spent hours in this place just looking! Needless to say, I will ONLY be spending my time and money with Young's Fashion when it comes to my hair care and lashes needs from now on and I strongly urge anyone and everyone else do the same because you won't receive this customer service at another hair supply place around! Don't just take my word for it, go check them out yourself! You won't regret it!
