Just went in and had an absolutely AMAZING experience! The store manager Marika is the absolute best and sweetest , she was the biggest help she got me all the pricing promptly and made sure everything was correct. There was even a product I wanted that wasn’t in stock that she was able to get shipped straight to my house so that I didn’t have to make another trip down. Absolutely wonderful store, Marika if you’re reading this you’re the best and deserve a raise!! Love this place and their products the customer service from the manager is what will definitely keep me coming back though. Great job Yves Delorme!

I purchased bedding from this store and 2 weeks later tried to return unopened, sealed, items with receipt and the store manager refused to honor the return policy. She accused me of using and repackaging the items. I suggest don’t shop here or take a photo of your items at the time of purchase so you have evidence of condition at time of purchase.

My mother went to this store December 6 - she was ready to spend over a thousand dollars for bed covers. The sales lady actually told my mother this store wasn’t for her and made her feel like she didn’t belong. What a horrible interaction for her.
Please stop going to this store - if this salesperson is just dreadful.
