Even a 1 star is too good for them. This is a horrible place to shop at and i will never go back. I will tell all my family and friends to stop going there .The man at the register were very nasty and disrespectful. I heard he's always been like this rude type of person. It's a fragrance store sir we have the right to smell what we want to purchase but yet he grumbles when you open the bottles to smell them. I'm done with giving them my money.

Believe me I'm not the only one that feels this way. There's other fragrance store in LA.

Very kind men run this beautiful shop. They have fantastic prices and their products are clean and pure. I love their incenses and they burn clean.
Wonder place to buy your butters and oils also. For sure a corner stone to the Leimert community.

While I appreciate most of their products, the service is touch and go depending on who’s working at the time. I recently discovered their Sea Moss is not authentic or wildcrafted; beware.

Absolutely disgusting! MOLDY BUTTERS - BEWARE!!! I didn’t realize the discoloration of the Shea Butter was mold until I went to melt all my butters down. My whole recipe turned murky and with black cloud and black sludge in the melted butter. Bottom half’s of all the containers have moldy butter while the top has new butter trying to disguise the mold. Took it back and he yelled at me and then savagely ATE THE DAMN MOLDY BUTTER! Got it all over himself on the counter and floor. The most disturbing thing I have ever gone through! SAGE WHOLESALE on 57th adds heavy synthetic scents to their house body butter to mask the rancid smell. Smell the butters before you purchase! Look for mold! Do not risk your health or your business!

My husband and I always come to this store sometimes the owner is good and sometimes the owner is deceitful, unprofessional, not honest. We came in on the 6th of this month of September 2023 around 5pm my husband came in to get some men's Egyptian musk cologne but instead of getting what he asked for he got something funky and not pleasant not manly and not Egyptian musk. So my husband decided to take it back remind you they close at 6pm we had more than enough time to come back to point out his wrong and do a rightful switch which was around 5:30pm. Also remind you because we had to take back cologne we did not ask for as we was turning into his shopping lot we hit a curb and it messed up our tire which the man also saw my husband change his tire on a very extremely hot day. When we came back to his store he was in there but he wrongfully closed 15minutes early and was at his register by the window and saw us pull up and come to his window and knock on the door he would not open up his door to a hardworking customer who shops with him all the time, goes to work everyday and puts in hard work sweat and tears all to get disrespected by a store owner who knows my husband's face and that he comes in to spend with him alot did him very dirty. And for that I know that anyone who does a good person wrong will reap their own medicine. Life is about good respectful manners to people who spend in your store and to do a good familar customer wrong will come back on you. You know you did not give my husband the right cologne we asked for and paid for. And to be at the front by your window and see us and close early because you know you gave my husband some smell goods which does not smell good or is even remotely close to what he asked for your wrong and you will know it when problems come to your business or might even shut you down. And you saw the man changing his tire and it was hot judgement will come you don't do good people wrong and think your day will be good.

I've been shopping at Zim zim's for over 10 years, all longer at his first location when I met him. This location is a little further down Crenshaw but it's well worth it. Whatever you're looking for you will find it there, especially if it's health items. Great soap and hair products. It's worth the trip. Be nice and say hello to the proprietor, Zim, Zim himself. Very nice gentleman.
