Oh my gosh, we had the best experience!! Booked for part of our wedding celebration and my husbands birthday. Everyone was so welcoming. Both our masseuses were respectful, welcoming, and kind. Elena and Prangtip were wonderful!

We were excited to get away for some pampering on a rare day date in Denver and Zen’d out delivered!

Reeana and Simone were fantastic and the atmosphere was just what I would hope for… from the warm decor to the rose petals on the floor and the bubbly and chocolate covered strawberries, it was a great experience all around.

We left relaxed and looking forward to going back.

This was our first time doing a couples massage and spa package, and it was amazing! The staff was great, massages and facials were incredible. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. This was a memory we will never forget and we will be back!

Best massage I’ve ever had! My boyfriend and I were greeted by very friendly staff and a very clean and welcoming lobby/lounge area. The atmosphere was amazing! Cozy and romantic, the rose petals on the ground were a nice touch. Our therapists were amazing! They took the time to meet with us before our session to make the experience personal to our needs. My boyfriend and I were AMAZED!! I’ll recommend Zen’d Out to everyone I know and we will be coming back!!

We’ve come in for couples’ massages twice - once last winter and today for our anniversary. I’m not sure what the difference in booking was between our first massage last year and our massage today, but we didn’t get the complimentary bubbly and strawberries this time 🙁 we were super excited to go back, but today’s experience felt rushed compared to the first time.

Overall, this place is great. Friendly & professional staff, excellent atmosphere, they even decorated our room super cute with rose petals for our anniversary!

We’ll be back, hopefully with another experience like the first!

My girlfriend and I recently indulged in the Zen’d Out Package, and I can confidently say it was one of the most relaxing and luxurious experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a serene atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an unforgettable spa day. The foot soak at the start, with the chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling white wine was so luxurious!

Our massage therapists, Maria and Prangtip, were absolutely phenomenal. Their technique, attention to detail, and ability to melt away every bit of tension were beyond incredible. The massage itself was pure bliss—perfect pressure, expertly executed, and left us both feeling completely rejuvenated.

The experience didn’t stop there! The facial left our skin glowing and refreshed, while the foot scrub was the perfect mix of soothing and invigorating.

Every aspect of the Zen’d Out Package was flawless, from the warm ambiance to the expert care we received. If you’re looking for the perfect couples retreat, this is the place to go. We left feeling completely relaxed, pampered, and closer than ever. We will absolutely be back for more!

No complaints on the actual massage or the therapists, they were great... but for this price tag (double the price of other massage spas), I expect a more luxurious and comfortable experience. For example, there's no parking at all so either you have to get lucky and find a meter (there's only like 5 spaces so good luck), pay $30 for Ball Arena parking, or risk getting towed. So you're already stressed out before the massage. Also, I would want a nicer, more private waiting area. We didn't exactly feel relaxed watching the employees hustle and bustle while waiting for our massage. Bathrooms were not very pleasant either. So overall, pretty good massage but not worth the price tag.
