I had a gel manicure done two weeks ago. Polish work was great. Filing, not good. Not evenly filed, one side of nails would be lower than the others, instead of all nicely rounded and even. Went back yesterday to have the gel polish removed. The filer was so rough (for acrylic nails!) that after taking my polish off, she sanded my nails and filed the tips too. Well, the filer/sander was so rough that now with nailpolish you can see horizontal lines scratched into my nails and she made the tips even more crooked which I had to redo myself at home. Very sloppy filing and buffing nails and bumpy, scratch-lined nails. If you enlarge the pictures on my nails, you can clearly see the deep lines on my nails. Not going back.

Had a pedicure at the same time two weeks ago and I must say, nails were not evenly cut or filed. Not going back for that either.

I highly recommend this lovely salon! It's been a long time since I've had my nails done, so I needed a full overhaul. Full tips/powder dip manicure and relaxing pedicure. I called hoping to be fit in same day. The owner accommodated me and took such good care of me from beginning to end of service. I really appreciate the calm atmosphere and music. Everyone was very friendly and made sure everything was done perfectly. Thank you for the beautiful nails and toes!

If I could give them 10/5 I would. The cleanliness, talent, and atmosphere is unmatched. Their attention to detail and the way they listen to your needs is amazing! I am thrilled with the results, but even more so- the experience. I will only be coming here. Better prices, better everything! If you’re in Los Altos, or travel from far like I do, this is WORTH IT. You will not be disappointed. My and Mini are so talented and careful. Do yourself a favor and make this your go to salon!

The service here is very good- everyone is right. They took the time to prep my nails well and shape my nails to perfection. I left the salon with smooth, glossy and thick pink gel nails I can be proud of flaunting. In addition, place is clean and has nice music! Will go back soon. Thanks again
