When I arrived the person I spoke with on the phone 15 minutes earlier to confirm my appointment didn't relay to the person in the shop that I had an appointment. When I arrived, the braider (who was very nice) said she was filling in for the owner. When she called the owner, the owner said she had not received a call from me! What?! The braider, although very nice, wasn't the best braider. But I would never return - too unorganized, unprofessional and not customer friendly owner.

Love coming here to get my hair done! They make you feel right at home and it is comedic when others come around, the conversations that carry on while getting you're hair done are hilarious! I'm very glad she has a variety of hair now it really helps especially with how my work schedule is to be able to buy hair in the same store I get my hair done in a complete bonus. Keep up the good work Lydia! Thank you!

I found this place on Google and called to get a quote on a simple style. 5 cornrows going back my hair is neck length. She quoted me $40 over the phone great. Got my hair breaded ended up with 6 cornrows. Not a bad experience for first visit. 3 months later I call again to see if she is free to do the exact same thing for the same price. I asked would it be the same price. She says that she has to do the work first and then quote me when she's finished.

Now as a consumer I wouldn't want to be surprised to hear that she wants $80 for 5 cornrows after finishing so I decided to call around. Surprising me with a quote once your finished could cause drama and I saw where this was headed. 2 stars for poor customer service.
