My experience here at the Livingston location was amazing. The doctor & the assistant Crystal was absolutely amazing even while being on a time crunch from patient to patient. Through being so busy they still managed to have excellent hospitality, patience, & a friendly attitude thee entire time. I will be retuning & also informing others of this location & the great services they offer.

It’s been a few months since I’ve last been there, but I had an awesome experience. Extremely nice staff, I’m super scared of needles and hate getting teeth work. They made it much easier for me.

Scheduled with an appointment for 10 AM , waited 2 and a half hours and ended up rescheduling, staff was very nice but doesn’t make up for the lack of organizing and order . People were walking in after me and got out before me
Update : they made it right the next day with a early appointment and I’m sorry I took so long to update it, they said they would call me with an offer for the whole treatment and give me a discount but never did , that’s the only why I didn’t give them 5 stars

I loved the new remodel. Suave dental makes sure everything is clean and sanitary. The receptionists are welcoming and knowledgeable, these ladies are super nice. The dentists assistance are awesome! These dentists assistance ladies really takes care of their patient above and beyond. The doctor is amazing! He is very sweet, gentle and careful, he makes sure you're comfortable and safe. He makes your visit as painless as possible. Overall Suave Dental is one of the best professional and friendly environment I been to in a dentists office. The only down fault for me was the excessive wait time. I waited an hour in the waiting room and over an hour in the patient room. However, I rather wait for great service, then to go for fast service with rude receptionist and dentists assistance that look lost and doctors that are rough and don't seem to care. I definitely recommend Suave Dental! I'll definitely be back again with a book to read and a phone 100% charge to kill time😉.

If there was an option for 0 stars that's what they would get. This place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. I haven't even been seen and have gotten the run around from an appointment that I scheduled a year ago. Customer service is terrible he has no idea what he is doing when I politely asked if there was someone else I can speak to so I could set an accurate appointment he said no your fine there's no one else you'll be fine. I clearly was not because he called me again. He was confused, rude, doesn't know what he is doing . Terrible place, they called again day of appointment to tell me they won't see me because the doctor has an emergency patient, but they said my appointment was at 4 when it's actually at 2 I asked him to get his story straight and tell me which it was he couldn't say. They need someone better scheduling and answering phones. I cancelled everything after that and will never be going there.

I was very afraid and nervous to go into the office because I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 8 years. I was mostly afraid of being judged because in the past I had dentists making mean comments and asked questions that embarrassed me and made me feel bad. At Suave Dental in Livingston everyone made my visit go smoothly! The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful! The girl that took my X-rays and the dentist were amazing also. I didn’t feel not even one bit judged! I really really recommend them. Especially for those adults that are afraid of going to the dentist.

Doctors very young knowledgeable what he's doing good Dennis I have nothing bad to say just wish there was another Dennis they have a lot of clients having work done. I feel for the dentist this working there a lot of work but very professional and his staff are also professional. They also help you as much as possible to make you understand what's going on thanks guys.

I went here for a dental cleaning a while back and they did some good comprehensive x-rays, but when it came to the basic routine cleaning all they did was floss and polish my teeth. Based on the reviews this location has I thought I would at least get a good cleaning done. I will not be returning since this place can’t offer a basic routine cleaning.
