I stopped in yesterday to check it out as my wife and daughters all enjoyed their novel (to me anyway!) products. It's an amazing place, especially if you are looking for something unique and "fresh."

I have to give a shout out to Lewis at the Roseville Galleria location. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I was interested in. I ended up thoroughly enjoying the experience thanks to him.

Anyways, I highly recommend it when you're looking for something cool and different!

Once a month I take my wife to pick out some things from the mall as a thank you and today we were left a big underwhelmed. We went over on Thursday around 3pm (less crowds) and her favorite store is Lush so we started there. My wife and I were the only ones in the store and we were still not greeted or talked to. We looked in every section, picking up multiple items, talking about which smells we did and didn't like and how we loved the holiday scents but still neither of the folks working came over to assist or even greet us.
My wife has a hard time seeing especially labels so I do my best but I have glasses and things can get a little difficult. I tried making conversation but one of the workers never stopped unboxing bath bombs to talk with me.
I've been shopping at Lush for over 10 years and have worked for lush 7 years ago and boy, has it gone down hill. I remember when you'd come in and be greeted and have someone helping you with product after product. They even show you the proper use of each item, compatible products or smells that would compliment your choices. Now, everything is overpriced, has a giant list of ingredients, you're barely talked to, they give no samples, every new product is an ad for a show or movie, and it truly seems like you're not wanted in there.
When I say I've been shopping at Lush for 10 years, I mean this specific Lush store. I've known multiple managers by name.
For the first time, we left with nothing after showing up thinking we'd spend $100-$200. My wife was disappointed and since, she doesn't want to go back anymore.

Finding The Force

You cannot go wrong buying a gift for your significant other at this store. My wife never complains when I bring home a couple bath bombs or a bubble bar for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or anniversaries. They have tons of other products including lotions, soaps, and other scented items. I really appreciate their hand wash station when I bought the item for my wife that was covered in glitter. Staff is always very friendly and available to help.

Had a fantastic experience here, there's scents you can find nowhere else! The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and generous, and Belle gave me a wonderful massage and facial 🙂

The bath tub is not the bath tub without Lush. This location always has very helpful and knowledgeable staff and put up with my antics while I shop. They have also ordered out-of-stock merchandise to my door when possible, and that is above and beyond in my book.

Oh how I love this store. All natural products for bath and body. The best bath bombs ever. The staff at this location was friendly and helpful. This time I got the black rose bath bomb, the avocado bath bomb, and the coconut co-wash shampoo bar.
