They need to be more clear in confirming and understanding what their clients ask for or at least not come off like if they already knew you and what cut you “normally” get (which is what made me trust this place again in the first place). I went in for a bob cut 3 months ago that I wanted to come down to my shoulders and they left it chin length. It wasn’t what I wanted, but I thought perhaps I was misunderstood and still loved it anyways. I came in again recently, asked for the same cut, and now I was left with even shorter hair than last time in such a unflattering fashion. It literally ends right below my ear and above the base of my jawline. I didn’t have the heart to tell the stylist that this style is horrendous + did not suit my hair type, and absolutely not what I asked for (sue me, im non-confrontational when Im angry to avoid making a scene). I haven’t stopped crying since I got home, save your money and go elsewhere.
