I’m so glad I met Julie she made me feel very comfortable when doing my x rays. She is very king and friendly and easy to talk too. I enjoyed my time here at western dental and will always be a patient. Definitely recommend JULIE

I brought my mom here and I’m split on how to rate this place. The staff seems nice enough but the place needs a remodel or something. The building itself and some of the equipment looks old and dirty. And the waiting room is really dingy looking too. I get this place is like a “chain” or whatever but the space itself is not really welcoming. But staff is friendly at least. I also did find it odd that the doctors and assistants don’t have their names displayed anywhere, at least not that I could see.

Zero stars‼️ my appointment was at 10:30 am in madera, and waited patiently for them to telle at 12:57 that either I have to reschedule or come back later, it is always like this i try to be patient and understanding but a person can only take so much. They definitely need a scheduleling manager either they are over booked or under staffed but dont leave people waiting for hours just for nothing, what should have been a 50 minute appointment turns into a 2 day event, its hard to respect a business who has no regard for your time or schedule ive had enough after one year the service hasn't changed im going elsewhere.

They charged me for a filling even though my insurance company covers it. The wait time is also 40 minutes and i would rather bringing my teen to the one in fresno because they actually care about the kids. There anesthesiologist doctor is very rude when they are doing the filling process and he yelled at my kid for flinching.

First time here and it was great, the lady doing my pictures for my teeth, Julie was very friendly and made it as painless as possible. When getting my information and filling out paperwork, Anahi made it quick and easy helping me in parts I didn’t understand. Super welcoming environment and loved how quick I was in and out. Definitely recommend!
