Gladstone Dermatology and Ahmad PA-C in Manteca exceeded my expectations with his/their courteousness , professionalism, thoroughness, kindness and attention to detail. heard my whole story and addressed my concerns. Ahmad explains everything in terms you can understand; this detail is so appreciated! I felt like I was important. The receptionists were so polite and warm. I felt very good. The staff were very friendly and the Doctor answered all of my questions and alleviated my concerns compassionately. The office is inviting and warm with refreshments available. It was my first visit for a rather concerning diagnosis, so for them to take the time to fit me in for a consult (same day) to talk to me about my concerns was impressive to say the least. The procedure went well and they were very professional and concerned about making me feel comfortable. All in all, for the diagnosis, it was a genuine, caring environment. Thank you Gladstone!
