It was an absolute pleasure browsing here this afternoon. Moments after entering, I was approached by a very knowledgeable & kind employee eager to help me locate the items I needed. This was my 1st time shopping here & I will be a repeat customer. I was planning on running in & out after my purchase but I had to check out the entire store. It's rare to enter a retail store that has it all. It's extremely clean, organized & well-stocked. It's obvious that the owners & employees take pride in what they do. I took plenty of photos to prove my point... keep doing what you're doing because it's working! Thank you for the positive experience shopping at your store.

I was in this beauty supply store about 30 minutes ago when tell y'all it was awesome y'all got to go there if you haven't t. The young lady that was behind the counter was directing other customers while ringing up other customers she did not miss a beat. I love this store. And the male "eye candy" ? wasn't to bad either lol ?

WORST experience!!! I went in there to get platinum blonde clip-in extensions. They gave me a pack of the 18”, which had a huge sign with different prices for different lengths. I specifically told the lady I needed the clip-ins, and she gave them to me. I went to the register to pay, and they were more expensive. I told them that the sign said $53.99 for the 18” and then said that they were more expensive, because they were blonde, which were $67.99. Then, i got to the car to try them out, and they were not clip-ins. I had also purchased a platinum synthetic pony tail, while I was in there. I went back and told them that I needed the clips, and they accused me of switching the packs and asked why I had “opened them like that.” I folded them up nicely and put them back in the package, and they made me get the pony tail out of the car to check. The pony tail was opened, they didn’t say sorry for accusing me, and showed me the clip-ins. The 18” clips were $99.99, so I had to settle for the 14” for $69.99. I went to the register to exchange them, and they made me get the clear packaging they came in from the car again. Then they proceeded to ask me if I wanted to buy the pony tail I had already bought that was still in the bag, that they had just accused me of swapping for the 18” sew-ins. I will NEVER be back to this store, they were VERY rude and unprofessional. Associates must not trained well, if I told her clip-ins several times and gave me the wrong kind, and she did not know any of the prices. Do not waste your time or money!

They do not care about their customers. They only want your money. Please do yourself a FAVOR and go elsewhere. They would not do an exchange for a ponytail that never been opened. The only notice in the store for no exchanges was hidden on the counter away from the customer's view. I told him he needed to put signs up to let customers know what they were getting into before they spent their money .Hope signs are up now. . They have a don't care attitude after they get your money

I shop here often but will be reluctant in the future for big ticket item purchases. I'm pretty sure now, after this time that the human hair wigs they show you are not the same as the ones they actually "sell" you. This is the second time this has happened to me. "fool me one time...." you know the rest lol

Went here a couple months ago when my sister came to town. We needed some products to do her and this was the perfect place to go. The owners were very friendly, they have an abundance of products and the prices were actually decent.
