A very cool bookstore that you can tell the community takes pride in. You could absolutely get lost in here with the multiple levels and the sections laid out how they are. The employees were very nice and helpful. Great place to get a book and hang out. also a lot of small souvenir and gifts

Great selection of books from all genres.
This place is huge. You'll likely spend an hour or two trying to check the entire store.
If there's anything specific you're looking for I'd recommend checking their website prior.
If you just want to window shop, you'll probably come out with a book or two. You've been warned.

There’s just something almost magical about the Boulder Bookstore. It’s 50 plus year history is a great local success story, the attention to detail and flow of the multiple level store makes for a great shopping experience. this is such a cute spot! i absolutely adored the recommended section. i ended up finding a lot of books that i would have previously overlooked. they had such a great variety of popular books mixed with more indie books. i will absolutely be back.

Amazing selection of new and used books. This is the best book store I've been to between pueblo and Boulder along the i-25 corridor. I've been to just about all bookstores from Springs and Denver and oddly they have nothing that compares. I was able to purchase 3 books and wanted to purchase a half dozen more. Keep up the good work!

If you like - I mean really like - bookstores, you will spend hours in this place wondering the three floors of books. They have books all of the place and an almost infinite variety from which to choose.
A definite must stop for any and all book lovers.

Great bookstore. Incredibly vibrant and lively space with all the books I have ever wanted so far. Lots of Shambala offerings, hard to find psychology books and a wonderful selection of mystery for starters. Staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go to place in Boulder when I have a bit of “me time”.

What an amazing Bookstore! 3 levels and loads of charm and book genres! They have a great selection of whatever you can think of between art and architecture to non-fiction and fiction to an entire kids section to movies and film and banned books. I could've spent days in there! I would love to go back and cozy up in a corner with some coffee from one of the numerous coffee shops in Boulder and spend the day diving into a good read!
