I recently got a haircut at Evans and Co and while the stylist was incredibly sweet and kind, the service itself left much to be desired. I had asked for a dry cut, and they mentioned needing to spray my hair for the service but didn’t actually do so. As a result, my hair was cut way shorter than I wanted. When I raised the issue, they blamed me for not getting it washed first, which hadn’t been clearly communicated. As professionals, they should have been aware of how to manage my hair and provide the right cut, regardless of whether it was dry or wet.

I also requested that the thickness be taken out, but even after the cut, my hair still felt heavy. When I mentioned this before checking out, they were nice enough to bring me back for a fix, but they didn’t use a protective robe the second time, so I left with hair all over my clothes—very uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, the front and the back of my hair was cut bluntly with no feathering, making it look uneven and unrefined.

I’m sure this salon is great with other services, and I have to say, they are incredibly kind and sweet with their words. However, the actual service was far from what I expected, and sadly, I won’t be returning.

Is a very gifted and knowledgeable hairdresser I sit in chair she does her magic and along the way she is setting an example to her assistants teaching and training the salon has many accommodations they do nails and facials the front desk clerk always kind and quick to make your next appointment the staff is kind and always helpful with new styles make up and fashion!! Thank you ladies always a pleasure

I love this place. The treatment they gave me was excellent for my hair type. My stylist was named Jennifer and Jan. Jennifer put the color in my hair and Jan give me a wonderful wash with the treatment, leaf and flower.

Fabulous customer service...welcomed with choice of.cold or hot beverage.. its amazing they have services from head to toe literally... with their specialty facials.. and professional manicurist Ruby.... Jenn did a beautiful job of.color on my hair and relaxing head massage... a perfect way to end my work.day....I am.a forever customer ❤️

Both Jann and Jenn were extremely kind and excellent hair dressers. My daughter has thick curly hair and Jen handle it like a pro. I have fine flat hair and Jann gave me exactly what I was asking for. The vibes were amazing and I couldn't have found a better hair salon. I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. They're even open later than most salons, which is perfect for anyone who works regular business hours. Make sure you ask for Jen or Jann because these ladies are phenomenal!
