Went into this store 3 times. Mostly to look around and once to show a friend.

I have experienced mostly friendly staffs. The third time I went in with a friend, the store was somewhat busy. A woman (she looked like a manager) working there was helping another customer near the entrance. I walked in and we happened to look at each other at the same time. She took one look at me up and down and went straight back to the other customer without acknowledging me.

No idea why she did this was but I was pretty floored by that interaction. Left a terrible impression of the store for me and I will not be going back.

2 stars because they seem to have good curation of items.

Michelle and Allie have created a little haven of goodness in Boulder. I love that this store is more exclusive with their merchandise, it lets you know that if you buy something, you won't see a lot of other woman walking around town wearing the same thing. It is also my go to for gifts. Their staff will assist you in pulling together a beautifully wrapped box of items for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Whenever I enter HAVEN I am met with the BEST customer service. ALL of the gals that work at Haven always greet me by my name, know my husbands and children's names, and make me feel important and beautiful. They have gorgeous high end items mixed in with extremely affordable ones. I love shopping here for myself and friends. This shop is is a must STOP when in Boulder!!

I ordered a leather jacket online here and had the best experience. I reached out to get sizing information and Allie was extremely helpful. I needed to exchange for a larger size and her customer service was so nice and very fast. I will definitely be shopping here in the future!

Love love love the gals in this shop. I get so many lovely gifts here and tell all my friends to visit! Nobody works harder than Michelle & Allie.. We have worked together a few times and every time is see them I leave with a huge smile and amazing energy. 11/10! a go to in Boulder!

Haven is an absolute gem in Boulder! It is absolutely fantastic to have a boutique that has high style/fashion, creative accessories and home goods as well. Michelle and her staff are always professional and are helpful with finding the perfect piece or gift. I find them honest about what looks good and what does not, which is rare to find therefore I know they care instead of just wanting a sale. Thankfully they are helping up level Boulder's fashion scene!

Really disappointing first experience here, unfortunately very different from the majority of the reviews I’ve read... Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged, saw a lot of cute items I was interested in, but the staff didn’t offer to help despite being unoccupied. The staff were extremely snooty and did not make me feel welcome at all, but they were more than happy to help the white women who entered the shop after me. Once I made a purchase the blonde lady who rang me out didn’t bother to offer me a receipt for my items, and she dismissed me to start helping other customers before I could even ask. She was very short with me and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth causing me to second guess even making a purchase. I worked retail for years and I know what good customer service looks like and this was not it. I hope in the future, the staff here can do better.

I love this little shop on Pearl in downtown Boulder. The owner has selected a great collection of hip fashion items, gifts, household goods and great one of a kind pieces.
