I love coming to HudSun! All the staff are very friendly and helpful! My favorite classes are hot cycle and hot yoga. I love red light therapy as well!

I regret ever signing up for Hudsun Wellness. From the start, they never explained the hold/cancellation policies properly. When I called to try to put my membership on hold, as I was initially told I could, they said I was not able to. What followed was a frustrating month-long ordeal where I had to constantly follow up with them to try and resolve the issue.

The miscommunication among the staff was astonishing. The manager would tell me one thing, employees another, and the owner something completely different. Their lack of coordination and consistency is appalling. Beware of their cancellation and hold policies, as the answer seems to change depending on who you talk to, and their so-called "resolutions" to a problem will also vary and change within an hour depending on who you are dealing with.

When I finally tried to cancel, they refused to let me hold my last month and insisted on continuing to charge my card, despite my explicit revocation of authorization.

They are likely to reply to this that I didn’t want to have a final phone call to resolve the issue, but after a month of dealing with this mess and being told that it would be resolved (which it never was), I saw no point in wasting more time. Jessie, the owner, and her entire team messed up but still insisted on charging me for their mistakes, showing zero customer service skills. Jessie even mentioned that if I ever wanted to return, there would be an outstanding balance on my account for an additional month that I have not used, although I already paid for the month they refused to let me hold.

It's clear that keeping members happy is not a priority for them. Instead of making things right, they seemed more interested in penalizing me for their mistakes. It’s unfortunate because the facilities and services are nice, but the horrendous customer service and misleading policies make it not worth the trouble. Save yourself the headache and find another wellness center. If I could give zero stars I would.

HUDSUN has been a saving grace for me! The workouts in their infrared saunas has made it possible for me to workout again. I suffer from a hip impingement and this has been the only form of workout that has not bothered me. The staff is also super friendly and informative about all their services. If you’re looking to get back into fitness, I would highly recommend!!

I love this place! My favorite workouts are hot cycle and the variety of hot yoga classes. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! After my workout, I like to treat myself to one of the spa services. Red light therapy and the skin wellness pod are the best! I'm so happy to have a place like this in Grand Forks that focuses on overall wellness!

I started going to HUDSUN August 2022. I have NEVER gone to a gym consistently before… so this was a huge change for me! I started doing 1 15 minute sauna cycle sessions, now 4 months later, I go about 5 days a week doing either cycling or yoga or treadmill! I have also stepped WAY out of my comfort zone and signed up for every challenge they’d had. It’s SO much fun and everyone is so friendly, motivating and helpful!! Can’t wait to see what 2023 brings with HUDSUN and my weight loss goals!
