This is the best piercing studio I’ve been to. I’ve now had a nostril, a lobe, and a conch pierced here, as well as various post downsizes and jewelry changes. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. They have a great selection of high quality jewelry and they’re able to order pieces from select jewelry-makers for you too. They take good care to sanitize everything appropriately and they’re very professional. They explain what they’re doing throughout the process so that you know what’s going on and what’s coming. While it’s impossible to get a piercing without some pain, it’s remarkable how skilled these piercers are at limiting the pain. They’re very informative and supportive of the after care process too. Just the best. Highly recommend!!

Laurel in the gallery is so kind and knowledgeable about jewelry and piercing types, and John has pierced me multiple times. This was our third time getting piercings for my kids. The team at IRIS do an excellent job in helping the kids understand aftercare. The actual pricing seems to be practically painless. I recommend them for kids piercings for sure! Very clean very nice and the staff is fantastic and pleasant to work with.

I’ve always had great experiences at Iris in Boulder over the years, John my piercer is the best, hands-down, across the board! Can’t recommend him more!
In addition on my most recent visits of not only working with John. I had the pleasure of working with Laurel who helped me pick out and special order the jewelry I was looking for. Not only was she great with the jewelry, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive about the whole process with myself and my daughter. Her nature And energy is so fun, sweet and gentle!
