I’ve never left a review before but this location 10/10 deserves it. I called the store number to ask for a service and a man named Mateo answered and he was SO sweet. He accommodated my needs and helped figure out the best plan for me. He was very friendly and made the process so easy. I have never had customer service the way he provided today as he went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met🥹 give that man a million dollar raise!!

There were 2 women at the front desk (Jamie and Michelle) and they were super friendly as well. My nurse was Anita and she was very professional (super nice too) and explained the whole process of what service I chose in a clear way. This location was very clean & I 100% recommend the LaserAway in Milpitas. Will be coming back 🤍

I have gone to Carrie for nearly all of my treatments as of late and always request for her. With my Xeomin, she is gentle. With my cool sculpting, I felt super comfortable even though it was my first time. And with my laser tattoo removal, it was quick and she was super thorough.

Jamie and Savannah are always smiling and welcoming. I really love coming in to this clinic and I’ve been a patient with laser away for 5 years across 3 states. They make the experience so wonderful and comforting.
