I go to Vanessa Rivera for my facials for the past Year and a half now! I am absolutely in love with my skin. She is super informative about what to use. She’s so kind! I highly recommend her. I had cystic acne and now it’s practically butter smooth! I’ve been to a dermatologist and used medication for my acne. I decided to just trust Vanessa and let me say, I’ll never go back to using medicine. Vanessa has done wonders to my skin!

I booked massages for myself and my daughter when she was on break from college. It was a great place to take her for her first massage. I was scheduled with Lewis. He was great! As soon as he heard me say "sciatic pain," he said, "I got you!" Not only did he have the knowledge to give me the perfect massage to calm my sciatica, he taught me what sciatica actually is! He was very professional and assured me that my pain wouldn't last forever. I needed to hear that. I highly recommended him.

I initially signed up at the location that was walking distance from my house but due to a last minute reschedule I ended up at the northwest location and have never looked back! My massage therapist Ray is phenomenal. He is absolute perfect in every way and works with me weekly to help me manage chronic back pain. The front desk is always pleasant and Josiah especially goes above and beyond for me every time I see him or even when I call in. I’m so thankful for this location and its people.

Great massage! I hurt a teeny bit after it was over, but it was the good kind after a massage where things get worked out. As the day wore on, I felt better and better and better. By the time evening came, I was totally pain free! It was time released! AMAZING!

My experience at this NORTHWEST MASSAGE ENVY was a disaster! We arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork as requested. I had made a massage appt at least a week before. when we arrived, the ambience was hostile - the multi multi pierced guy behind the counter obviously hated his job and his customers and seemed to hate us from minute one. He did not greet us just shoved a tablet at us to complete our check in and was rude and disdainful when we did not complete everything on the tablet - I have dealt with many medical tablet check-ins and theirs was not particularly easy. Nevertheless I was looking forward to a relaxing massage which I did NOT get.
The "massage therapist" Julissa was equally rude and dismissive and when I complained to her highness that the front office person was a little rude she cancelled my massage right there. I asked for a refund of my $80.00 (?) which I have yet to receive.
Honestly, I sensed that she was lucky to have a job there as a "massage therapist" and was probably saved from a poor massage by her outright refusal to do my expensive massage.
AVOID this massage parlor at all times and Julissa especially, unless you prefer to be treated poorly and with outright hostility by the badly trained staff and massage "therapist".

Vanessa is the best for anything skin care! I’ve been going to her for customized facials and microdermabrasions for a year or so and my skin has never looked better! The customized facials feel so luxurious and relaxing, I think I like those more than massages! Highly recommend her!

Clean facility, very comfortable and the massages are good. My appointments have been cancelled a few times the day of but I understand that things come up. Staff is super friendly and welcoming.
