A Game-Changer for Shopping!

I absolutely hate shopping, so when I told Joseph about it, I honestly didn’t expect much. But boy, did he turn the whole process around for me! He made shopping feel effortless and enjoyable, and I was truly impressed by how much he knows. From the moment I reached out, he guided me through every step, offering expert advice and taking all the stress out of the experience.

Joseph worked his magic in a way that made me feel completely taken care of. His recommendations were spot-on, and he really knows how to make the shopping process feel tailored to you. If you’re someone who doesn’t enjoy shopping (like me), Joseph is the person you need to work with. He’s an absolute asset to the store, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service!

I came in for a suit not knowing how the men’s warehouse experience was. Now when I say Hailey Victorious was simply the best in the store I mean that. Providing multiple style ideas, nice as ever and simply making the shopping experience great.

I was in need of a suit for cousins' wedding. I went to mens wherehouse, not thinking it was prom season and how busy they might be. After a while of browsing, Joe came over and walked me through everything. As a big guy, it is hard to find well fitting clothes, but Joe was the best. He was patient, took my measurements, and made sure everything was a great fit. They didn't have everything in my size, but Joe made sure everything was ordered in the right color. The pants needed to be tailored, but being prom season, he said it might be a hard ask with my event only a week away. I called Joe when my order arrived, and he got me in and had the pants hemmed while I waited only 10 minutes. Best customer experience I've had in a long time. Thank you, Joe. I will be back

Went to get a tux for my son's 1st prom. Store could been a little better kept but they were busy and handled it very well. There were only two employees working when we went there on a Saturday afternoon but they handled the work load well and kept a positive, easy going, and helpful attitudes the whole time. Great experience.

Got measured in Colorado. When I went to pick up my suit, the pants stopped at my calves. The clerk shrugged and called it a “modern fit.” I asked them to fix it, they did, and returned pants that were way too long. I let it go.

The shoes were wrong. I was told they’d show up on the day of the wedding. Then the clerk vanished, leaving me to bag everything myself like I worked there. Got home, no tie. Called them, and they said I had to come pick it up, even though they advertise delivery.

This place is a joke. Hire people who know what they’re doing and know how to treat customers like humans.

Stopped here looking to try stuff on for a upcoming family wedding. They were rude and didn't even offer for us to try whole outfits on. Said we would have to order shirts they didn't stock all sizes but never offered another shirt to try for the time being. The bride was trying to decide what she wanted for a look with her 2 brothers. The gentleman we had was very rude and dismissive about any feedback we gave. We put stuff back and left I hardly think he even noticed seemed inconvenienced that we needed help. The other workers seemed way better than the gentleman we got. We ended up at jc penny which was sadly more helpful and had many of the same brands. Skip past this store.

My fiance and I went to the Henrietta location today. We were being helped by a tall, skinny woman with dark blonde hair. She was not helpful whatsoever. She was condescending and rude and was annoyed immediately upon our question asking. We ended up leaving because of how uncomfortable she made the experience. I would hope in the future this location has more helpful staff.

Edited to add: we went to the men’s wearhouse in Victor. We were helped by Zachary and he was the exact opposite of the experience we had with the woman at the Henrietta store. He was very helpful, patient and thorough. He made the process VERY easy.
