Will give Chelsea’s work a star because she was awesome the time I had her do my brows— low stars because I booked a brow lamination this morning while I was in town (I live 1.5 hours away so I try to book all my stuff at once) for 4 pm and though I knew I’d be done with my appointments by 1 I was super excited to get in last-minute having called to see if there was any availability. I waited until 4 pm and I was told I was booked incorrectly for a service that required less time (I specifically asked for an brow lamination, not a brow tint— I don’t get that service done but that’s what they had down) and that there was another client due before my appointment could be finished. Though it’s not the salon’s fault I waited hours in town for this appointment, I was simply offered a reschedule when I don’t have the time to do another three hour round trip for an appointment I already spent an afternoon waiting for. I felt this was super disappointing/frustrating because there was no resolution offered really, I was given the time required for the service I didnt need or ask for but my appointment was essentially cancelled because they booked incorrectly and I didn’t need the tint. Went home and had to rebook elsewhere as I have a trip coming up and will have to drive an hour the other direction to get the service done tomorrow.

Awful awful customer service. I hated how my lashes turned out as they were nothing like I wanted. I texted their customer service number twice in a week and heard nothing back. I was also told my by lash artist that she made an appointment with someone who does more classic extensions at their Dillon location and an appointment was never even made…or who knows because there isn’t even a place on their website to check if you have an appointment! I texted them a third time and no response. Had one good experience previously at their Dillon location but I’d stay away from their Breckenridge one, unless you like listening to the entire staff gossiping loudly about their boss and co-workers over at the Dillon location

Juliana and Brooke were absolutely amazing! They went through the trouble of waking up extra early to accommodate my request for hair and makeup services to be completed at my AirBnB for a sunrise, 1 Year Wedding Anniversary photoshoot with my Husband. I cannot say enough great things about their professionalism, positive attitudes and not to mention that they are a couple of incredibly talented hair stylist and makeup artist! Juliana and Brooke were quick and efficient, and I absolutely loved the way my hair and makeup turned out! They were so sociable and made me feel comfortable with trusting them to meet my expectations and they honestly exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Juliana and Brooke to anyone wanting to receive beautiful makeup and hairstyling for any occasion!

Lucy, Emily, and Hannah did an AMAZING job with the hair & makeup for myself & my family for my wedding. Everyone looked and felt absolutely beautiful! I truly felt the most beautiful I've ever felt in my entire life. If you're getting married in the Breckenridge area, I cannot recommend them enough!

This week I booked twice with Emily R. and was blown away by her expertise and gentle touch. I went to Mountain Glo to have my nails done for my wedding. Ciara did a brilliant job doing my nails the first time to promote more growth and then again a few weeks later in the design I created for my wedding. My colors were sage and I had a lot of ferns in my bouquet so she special ordered specific colors to make them so special, unique and gorgeous. I was able to show off my new ring with confidence since my hands were pampered to match!
