Never againg to go to this is store, they check everything after you pay. The employee Angela saw that we paid everything and unlocked the item and was still waiting to see my backpack it was my wallet inside, just bc sobody still early treated us like criminals.

New policy of checking receipts on the way out when loss prevention employees is right in front of cashiers is just wrong!
Ross just lost a faithful customer due to their harassment without notify their customer until paying.

Very clean and organized. I heard they stalk every day so I love that there is always something new in the store not just the same stuff. I noticed they get a lot of name brand stuff like Nike, Jordans, ECT. Even in make up they have good brands.and they mark down every week.

Went shopping there and the lady in the fitting room (I think her name was Leonor)was extremely nice and very friendly. I think ross would pay a lot of money to keep this employee great job Ross
