I asked for a shorter haircut. It's not quite a crewcut, but close. It definitely need cut after 3 months, but she went a little too short. From 6 inches to 3/4" nice lady but too short.

Tina was great again. She has done my hair at least three times and is such a great addition to smart style as she is well versed in men’s hair cuts. Today she actually had room to straighten out my home cut and gave me some good solutions to getting my hair to regrow! Thank you so much Tina

she did a good job but I literally got my bangs fixed nothing more no shampoo she did style them by blow drying them after spritzing them with water but it took maybe 5 minutes to slightly cut off so little hair and I got charge $18 I am so unhappy I would have gotten a full haircut if I would have known they were going to charge the same price to cut a whole head of hair compared to literally not even enough hair to clean up after. friendly girl but absolutely will never go back there. I've had my hair fixed before and I've never been charged a full amount for that little bit of a cut. guess it's my fault for not asking first.

🤨 My haircut was so uneven and shabby that I had to go downtown to have someone fix it. I asked twice for her to under cut it but she didn’t. I realize it was a busy time with only two Stylists in the salon and they both were looking for a break. It would have been better had my stylist taken a break Instead of hurrying through my cut. I told her several times that I was not in a hurry and I would be more that happy to wait until after she took a break. Perhaps the salon was low on employees and no one had a chance to clean, but that salon was by far the dirtiest salon I have ever been in. I’ve had my haircut there for many years and I have never seen it like it was. Hope they are able to get some good management so that they do not lose anymore customers. I also left the salon with soaking wet hair, and it was certainly cold outside. I have never had my hair wet when I left. If I could give her it a minus one I would!

Lady did not listen at all. My son wanted a certain hairstyle. Was easy enough he wanted the same thing just shorter by like 1in and this old lady went straight at him with the clippers for a buzz cut.... my son now wants to hide, avoid, school and is currently looking for a wig online.... couldn't have had a worse experience. Glad the lady didn't have a knife bein the butcher she is.

My husband brought my son in today to get his hair faded towards the top. Evidently, fades are a difficult thing so she straight up used a 3 from top to bottom. There is nothing faded about the cut. Although the lady was kind, the cut is crap. This is not worth spending $10 on let alone $25. We are beyond disappointed.
