Went to look at wigs.. they’re so clustered and high on the wall you cannot see a price or see the wig properly until they take it down. They don’t know the colors they have the very rude lady told me she cannot keep going back and forth even though she only went to the back twice and beforehand I told her I’m sorry and used manners. I told her the colors I’m looking for and she brought the complete opposite out. Before she got rude to me. Won’t be back won’t recommend. Just nasty rude people.

Any beauty supply store but this one. The staff/owners arent friendly. I live in Calera and will gladly drive to Alabaster or Pelham. Store is small and cluttered. Selections are old and not good quality.

If I could give negative stars I would. The owner is rude! I bought the most expensive flat iron she had and when I tried to use it, it did not work properly. I tried to exchange it within 3 days per company policy, and she did not have the item in stock to exchange or a similar product. She refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit. I wanted the product I purchased nothing else. I ended up having to exchange it for a cheap flat iron and she even refused to give me a partial refund. So now I have store credit at a store that I never want to do business with again.

Paid $30 for these, had them a week and this happened. I went in to exchange them and the lady I see every 2 weeks acted like she didn't speak English and refused to exchange them. I go in there every time I get my nails done next door and spend $25-30. Never again!!! I will drive to Alabaster to a beauty supply store before I go back to Son's.

Two weeks ago a young lady was asked to buy a mask (from Son’s) in order to enter the store. Wonderful, right? Fast forward and once again I have to go to my neighborhood beauty supply store. The very first sight upon entrance is another lady straight down aisle in front of me with no mask. I asked why isn’t she wearing a mask? He replies uh uh uh. She says “excuse me?” Me: “Why yes, I will excuse you to get a mask”. You’re right she says and went to car to get her mask. Meantime, I wish to know why WE must wear a mask but not others. No reply but then may I help you? No...NOT EVER AGAIN.

price at Sun beauty supply 18.00...Will never go back...Plans to report money gouging and not giving refunds within 10 minutes of purchase...It must be illegal!!!
