Anissa is very professional and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I stepped into her space. I have gotten lash extensions as well as waxing done. I trust Anissa whole heartedly with trying new things on my lashes. We have experimented with different lengths, color lashes, and even glitter. My lashes have survived Burning Man even through the crazy flooding we had experienced back in 2023. During the application of getting my lashes Anissa asked what I wanted to listen to but I ended up talking most of the time. I have taken lots of naps on her table as well during lash application cause I feel very relaxed and know that she is an expert. Anissa is my go to for any special occasion or traveling. There is no one I trust more with my lashes than her. She was also the first person I have ever been waxed by. I was so scared but I knew going to Burning Man being able to shave was not going to be something I was capable of. Anissa made me feel so relaxed and talked me through every step. Also it lasted me my whole 2 week trip. Included a no lash pic as well so you can see how Anissa’s technique enhances my eyes since I do have hooded lids.

I have been seeing Anissa for facials and eyelashes for a few years now. Best facial I have ever had, time and time again. I have sensitive skin. Anissa listened carefully to my concerns and carefully addressed them accordingly during our appointments. She is detail oriented, friendly, professional and passionate about her work. I always feel so comfortable and relaxed. Getting a facial with her is like being transported onto a heavenly cloud! My skin always looks phenomenal after a session with her … and I see a noticeable change for weeks after. My favorite is the light therapy facial. Highly recommend her, she is THE BEST! Love the new location as well!!

Spruce Haven is a true Spa experience. Anissa is incredible at what she does. Her lash game is artistry. I appreciate that she is always adding new services and bases her treatments on the seasons. The 90 minute facial is life-changing. I highly recommend the incredibly relaxing scalp massage. She tailors her treatments to each client. My skin and lashes always look amazing! She offers a 1 stop shop with lashes, waxing, facials, products and so much more. I 100% recommend Spruce Haven.

I was one of those people who said I will never get waxed (how embarrassing). Anissa makes you feel so comfortable you don’t even think about the awkwardness. She does an amazing job ! Her new place is decorated so cool and it’s super clean too. I would recommend her to anyone. My whole family goes to her 🩷🩷🩷

I did a first time facial with Anissa and it exceeded my expectations! She was very knowledgeable and attentive towards which products to use and techniques used based on my skin type.
