Christie did a color correction on me. I had been a blonde (level 9/10) for over a decade. I thought I wanted to go darker, I was very wrong. (She did not do the dark color)
Christie took my copper/red hair, explained everything in process along the way, asked clarification questions as we went as well, to ensure we were going to get the results I desired. I left with a beautiful head of full highlights and feeling my like myself! I’ll be going back!

I was in a couple of weeks ago. I did use New Talent, who told me she was trained and done with school, just learning Ten’s products. I wanted ends trimmed about an inch into long layers, and either full highlights or balayage. She chose balayage. I was there over 5 hrs!! She cut 3-4 inches off! I can’t describe how terrible the “balayage “ looks. There was even a guy who was supposed to check her work, asked if I curled my hair. I said no. He said curl it and it’ll hide it!! My family and friends can’t believe they let me leave looking like that-it’s embarrassing. I filled out the survey and requested someone contact me and they never did. They’re supposed to be a high end salon. I think the just care about the spa side now. I’ve attached pics. My hair started out completely no color, highlights, anything. Dark brown

Saij was so sweet and friendly. She did a great job with my pedicure. Gave a great massage. Next time I am here visiting my friend, I will definitely book with her again. Wish I could find a salon back home that is as nice as Ten Salon & Spa. When I lived here, this is where I went for my hair and nails. I definitely recommend Saij.

Itzel was so thoughtful as she gave me my manicure. She checked in with me about the shape of my nails, as well as my cuticle care. She was especially patient as I changed my mind on nail color! The paraffin wax so lux, especially with the dry winter weather still impacting my skin. I will definitely be coming back and am excited to try other services offered here!

Kara gave me a wonderful cut and style. Kara also colored my hair. We talked about the best color for me. At this salon all colors are custom made and available. The color she prepared for me was spot on! I receive so many compliments.

My A-line Bob is amazing! There are a million ways to Sunday to do this cut, but Katherine really listened and understood what exactly I wanted out of a very specific idea in my mind and perfectly brought it to life! She nailed it in every aspect possible including actively listening to my idea, asking clarifying questions, and checking her understanding before making any moves to cut my hair in addition to providing personal connection and comfort the whole way through! Not to mention every cut comes with a hair wash and scalp massage, and you get to choose your level of experience you wish to pay for, making it super affordable to get a great cut! I originally came here because a coworker of mine had a bombshell of a hair cut and dye here and I am *not* regretting giving this a place a try!! #canIseeyourmanager because my Karen cut looks awesome and I want to give you props!
