If I could give this store zero stars I would. I just left this store about an hour ago and I could not be more disappointed and angry with my experience. I went in to purchase several different things for some pictures I have tomorrow and had planned to spend a decent amount of money. I had my daughter with me who is 3 almost 4. When I walked in the girl greeted us and told us about the new policy with using the testers in the store, I agreed and we went to the back where the MAC Cosmetics were. My daughter immediately saw a pink lip gloss and picked it up to show me because it’s her favorite color. Before I even had the chance to say anything to her, the worker immediately yelled at my daughter and I saying that she can’t be touching anything. I realize that we are living in difficult times and have nothing but respect for the policies that have been put into place to keep us safe, however you do not yell at my child for being A CHILD! She did not open or attempt to use it, she merely picked it up to show me the color. We immediately left the store without another word and will never return! And I will ensure that my experience will be known to every person I talk to.

I can’t fathom why any retailer would close during business hours to do inventory. Driving 45 minutes to get here and find out they weren’t open was incredibly irritating. When they finally opened their doors over an hour later, the manager was far from pleasant. The manager was so unprofessional, she was making fun of an employee because she had vision problems. The employee was not amused, in fact she looked embarrassed and offended by her managers degrading comments. Sure, this store has good prices... but if the employees are mistreated, it really doesn’t make me want to shop here in the future.
