I received the gift of Access Bar for my birthday. I was a bit skeptical but I figured if I didn’t enjoy it I wouldn’t do it again. Donna walked me through the process and explained what she was doing. She stated it was a lot like defragmenting your computer. I decided to go with the flow and assumed it would be like Riki scalp massage.

I was completely incorrect! When the session was over I literally didn't’ have thought in my head. After about an hour and the proverbial “monkey mind” was gone I was astonished! It was the first time in decades I didn’t have constant thoughts about stuff. My mind was actually clear for four days. I can’t wait to go back! If you can’t “turn your mind off” I highly recommend Access Bar or Access Conscience.
